In order to import a car you have to prove it is the same as the US version. But it isn;t not close you need new bumpers with US spec rebars and the headlights have to be dot spec not JDM easy enough to change back after it is imported and passed inspections

The oil can be a problem if it is low ,when starting cold their is alot of friction causeing alot of load which combined can cause the engine to stall the alternator can also cause a large load causing it to stall but unlikely Your problem goes away with you pressing the gas pedal ,so it meand you need more air to keep the engine running sounds liek a sticking iacv get a motorvac and make sure you iacv is working

the cap releives atmoshperic pressure so yes it does rush in and out that might be you need a new gas cap

Their is a open in the wiring or board inside of the unit it needs to be removed and checked then fixed

well if you can find out the exact meter make and model you can fight on it not being calibrated to the amount of light present at night which is minimal since it is directly variable to the amount available which is next to none at night

BTW the glovebox light only comes on with the headlights being on so it may not be your bulb

Yes PPG makes the majority of oem spec glass autolite is used in North America mainly pekignton or somethign makes Mercedes Sorry i don't go by guesses i go by hard facts mentioning other glass makers means nothing just like mcdonalds and burger king both make a burger but are not the same As well toyota makes nothing but design nippon denso makes 85% of toyota electrical just like Magna makes most of north american small parts and trim. comon with all older lexus changing the battery wires can help it did for me but i also ran new wires to the heaters with a new relay to the oem switches now it works better than ever but i also have hid's which keep my power consumption down leaving ample amounts left over for the seats

The abs light comes on when a problem is detected otherwise only at startup for intial checks If you abs light is intermittent over bumps it is becase of worn hub

I will then chirp after it is installed but it will only be a single chirp either way so you won;t know if it is being armed or disarmed

every problem is not related to anyother ones does the mast make any noise when turning the radio on or off? the trunk lockout button is in the glove box press it to make the button on the door work again you need to open the door and reattch the rod to the door lock chaneg the bulb in the glovebox spray wd40 in the key lock to loosen it

a front ends is very vauge what do you need what colour? 97 and up will not fit

It is you alternaotr belt as the alternator is trying to recharge tha battery after starting under the heavy load it slips squeels and burns it needs to be adjusted or replaced
