  1. That's pretty stiff....$9.77 per qt.
  2. The Tirerack guy is correct.....I was considering the same......it won't fit.
  3. Hilarious :)
  4. Why not jump down to the dealer with a tape measure? :)
  5. Show (with Jon Stewart).
  6. Another vote for the thermostat here.....and check the coolant as byf43 suggests. When was the last time it was changed?
  7. lol......monarch is done here isn't he?
  8. Agreed ^ Welcome to the club 2004ES330GTA B) Nice to see another Torontonian on the forums.
  9. Sounds like you friend was more concerned about low miles than condition or maintenance history. I wish him well though.....just too bad he didn't give the ES a little more consideration.
  10. Were expecting our 3rd & 4th snow storm this week (back to back, about 3 - 4 inches today & about 12"+ tomorrow) in these parts. I can offically say I've had enough this year lol. Of course, my in-laws are toasting very comfortably in Lakeland Florida, enjoying Baseball's spring training lol. <_<
  11. I've heard very good things about the Primacy MXV4's too......nice choice. :)
  12. An excellent idea! :)
  13. I'm not sure the fan problem & the battery switch are connected......could be just one of those things when the battery was changed. Costco's batteries are very good quality btw.....made by Johnson Controls (it's the identical battery as the Interstate Mega Tron for half the price). ;) Keep us posted on what the problem turns out to be.
  14. Agreed gents! :)
  15. I beleive you can buy them directly from your local Lexus dealer parts department. Some more info from the Canadian Lexus website here... http://www.lexus.ca/lexus/experience/en/ho...ection=vehicles
  16. I would suggest to go with this instead of the Comfortread as it's a much better tire... http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?ti...yes&place=3
  17. I agree the mechanics of the AWD systems on the Subi & IS are different.......the bottom line is to still replace a minimum of 2 tires regardless.
  18. That's always been one of the drawbacks of the frameless window design......you will never completely get rid of the slight wind noise with these models. If you think the ES is annoying.....try a Subaru. ;)
  19. Here is a comparo between the 2001 ES & 2001 Accord V6.....I was not able to get the 4 cyl model. But the 4 cyl model either has a 135 or a 150 hp engine depending on the model. They are very cimilar in size. Click on each of the vehicles name for a more detailed (4 pages each) review. ;) http://www.nctd.com/review-compare.cfm?Veh...p;VehicleThree=
  20. What's the exact tire & wheel size your considering?
  21. Cool....good luck. :)
