  1. To be honest with you I never heard of either of them... Also be weary of of the bulbs and their wattage.. You don't want to exceed the wattage because you'll fry your wires and or harnesses..
  2. My thoughts exactly... My last 5 cars have been Lexo's and as for my GS, almost every mile on that car has been a hard one.. What I mean by that is from when I start to move till I put it in park the revs are high and I'm always floating (speeding).. And the only thing that has went wrong so far is that I blew the tranny, but that was all my fault (don't like to use the brakes so I down shift alot).. Lexus/Toyota are definitely the most reliable cars on the road today, and if it's gonna be benz or a Lexo as a daily driver go with the Lex.. You won't be disappointed...
  3. is it everytime you turn the car off?? Or is it after you just driven it hard?? Mine done the same thing after I just finished beating on it.. :D I wouldn't worry too much, that popping noise is normal...
  4. I really can't see them getting any lower than 1.5"... Don't sweat it bro.. You'll be fine..
  5. No problem.. You might want to try Ray Catena in Westchester.. I haven't heard any bad things about them.. They might even come pick your up in the city and leave you with a loaner.. Call and see what they say...
  6. Yeah, I just checked out Wald's site and they don't have a grill for the Aristo.. Maybe Wald painted the factory grill, and that's why it retails for over $700. I guess Wald uses "Special" paint.. But if you like the stealth look with the "Toyota" emblem go for it but don't waste your money and pay too much for it... Also, I don't have the blue/white piaa's.. Just plain jane blue.....
  7. Gotcha... The inner lights are Piaa Blue l.e.d. wedge bulbs (the bulb size is 194).. And for the headlights, the green tint headlights were used in all GS's in 2002, not sure about the last 2 years, but that headlight could either be HID or Halogen.. You'd have to take a look at the back side of the housings to see..
  8. The SRT intake comes with their race ecu.... And the install of them both are easy, all you have to do is follow the instructions....
  9. Yo A, those lights look hott.. Great to see that you haven't fell off since I've been gone...
  10. Mondo, Welcome to the club... Question, where do you take your car to get serviced?? LOM?? Next, is that the bigger you go in rim size the nicer it will look (in most cases atleast).. 18's won't look as bad as 17's but not nearly as nice as 20's IMO... Now I'm about to start a joint venture with this guy I know and we're gonna have a shop in the Bronx and another in CT.. Also, I'm the East coast distributor for Work Wheels but can get you any thing from Japan if your interested... Shoot me a pM if you have any questions..
  11. Hey, how's it going?? I'll try to answer some of your questions... 1. Don't be stingy, if it looks dry then make it wet.... :D 2. As for grease, use white Lithium grease... 3. What's your question?? 4. Paint thinner will work fine, but nothing too heavy duty because you don't want the plastic to melt.. 5. From experience all those clear side-markers end up getting water inside then they tend to turn brown.. You may have to replace them often.. 6. Now with bodykits, if you go with a good company you won't run into too many problems, if any at all.. I just put a very nice JDM kit on my car and it fit like a glove... Good luck with your car and your future mods.. If you have any other questions feel free to shoot me a PM...
  12. Here's a pic.... And yeah you can have the front 8", but why?? The more rubber you have on the ground the better...
  13. What about them?? You want what size is best?? If so I'd go with 18X8.5 and 18X10... Or do you want prices??
  14. Shoot me a PM as to what you want prices on and I'll let you know...
  15. I have the Flex and I've loved them since I saw them sitting in the box.. They are great coilovers, the ride and feel is great considering they're coilovers.. IMO I don't think there's any need to go with the CS because with 20's and the flex there isn't anything harsh about my ride.. And as for handling, my GS rides like it's on rails.. But I also have alot of other suspension mods too.. Everything you mentioned that you want are great choices and you'll be happy with each thing.. If you want I can get everything you want, and since your a member here I'll give an extra discount...
  16. Nice... What engine mods did you have done to your GS3 at Nopi??
  17. Here's the Fabulous Lip kit for the LS430..
