  1. i think it might help, when i was turning at 40-50 mph into exits on a highway i really felt a need for it. whole car was like benting a lil bit. and i noticed that a couple of times. also when i change lanes on 90-110 mph it feels like a car is on ice for less then a sec.
  2. just get urself a brand new 1991 manual for free from www.lexus.com just register there and give them your vin number and you can request a new manual for free and it will come within 2 weeks

  5. hi, i just saw a rear and front sway bars for a GS, but i dont seem to find them for LS. has any1 seen it?
  6. if your key doesnt have chip it will be oly 75$ to get a pair of them from the dealer. locksmith should be even cheaper. but youi defiently should think about the aftermnarket alarm as srk said. consider getting a 2way alarm its a great way to protect your investment. check this out www.compustar.org
  7. the bottom line is this, what you pay is what u get. so dont blame the seller when those rotors gonna bent on a regular basis or gonna squeak or their life span willbe 6 month...... u have to pya some $ for quality products and we all know that. there are no miracles in this world and no free stuff
  8. bough 3 volumes for 175$ on ebay. they are factory repair manuals. not that crap they sell on CDs

  10. how the factory manual explained bleeding was to remove the return hose from the tank and start the engine for just a sec and do this procedure 2 times
  11. check pix in the gallery some1 did it but i forgot his nickname. i also saw rack for less on ebay. check autozone site as well might be cheaper there.
  12. nope if u want to pop the exterior tail light then there are 2 screws hidden under 2 plastic caps on the inner side of the exterior assmbly. if its interior one then u jst pop up a lil part that hold on velcro that is located on the trunk cover.

  14. you dont even have to raise it. i turned steering wheel while the car was on the ground. he also was starting and stopping the engine since it was coming out at the faster speed then i was pouring it in. the rest of the procedure you described is just like i did it. have fun
  15. thats for TLs, legends didnt have this problem and on manual trannies they will go forver. legends were built in japan while TL are local and like the rest of the USA car products they suck!
  16. i think so, i'm not sure if it was b4 the crash or afer. but the flush was pretty easy to do. and i used 7 bottles of the fluid to get it to the pink clear condition
  17. i did i used volvoline dextron III tranny fluid. dont use PS fluids they sell in the stores use transmission fluid
  18. i still love my LEGEND!!! it looks sexy!!!!! and it handles turns better then my ls being lower to the ground but ls has a better ride quality and comfort
  19. you sure can just make sure you are gettin the right ones for the engine and they are IK20

  21. my brothers friend has 2001 RL and when he drove he he told me himself that RL is no match for LS. he got the car for 25. and when he asked about 2000 Ls they told him it would cost hi 30-35K with 50k mileage while his RL has only 15k
  22. i dont really know what sive is but if you are asking for type then you have to use Denso Ik20 iridium spark plugs. they are OEM plugs for lexus
  23. it happend to my chrysler and my friend's bonneville, may be this issie is true only about american "quality" products?
