If those bulbs emit more IR, they might be effective in confusing speed lasers.

Just put the stock intake back on and reset the ECU and drive awhile. Then fill up and check your gas mileage. Do the easy stuff first.

I read that one, but I wasn't sure if it would be different for an older year and different model. Any thoughts on the grille emblem. It is definitely much thicker than the trunk emblem and seems to be bolted on? ← Those are usually bolted or clipped on. You'll have to get a look at the back of the grill. Maybe loosen the upper fasteners of the grill and tilt it out a little.

Same thing for my talking purposes. Deionzing filters remove minerals.

I hear it works pretty well if your water tends to leave spots. The system filters out some of the treatment chemicals that would usually spot. If you have good water, it's probably just as well to use a good spot free car wash soap.

hi stevie, thanks for the quick reply. i already tried that, but everytime i tuned into a station that i want and tried to save it on one of the preset buttons it tunes back to the previous saved station. ← Steve has it right. Make sure you hold the button in until you hear a beep, or it will not take the new preset. ← ....this is strange, when i try to press the button and keep it pressed it still tunes back to the old settings. either this radio is messed up or too high tech for me. arg. .... ← Maybe try tuning using the seek button, and then press a preset button. Otherwise sounds like something is wrong with the unit.

I don't know what's in your craw, man, but you really ought to cough it up and get on with it. My 35,000 miles and two years in a IS300 means I don't know *BLEEP*. You the man.

We got a snow button for that. I don't believe you can force a 2nd gear start with the gear selector, with an IS300.

I already quoted what I tend to disagree with, and why. I don't know how I could be more specific than that.

Never heard of that. The shifter and the Eshift only indicate a 2nd position, but the car still takes off in low. You should be able to tell what it's doing by taking off from a standstill and counting shifts.

I would tend to disagree on this, since he's starting out with a IS, and not one of the Lexus' with the softer suspensions.
