Not in NC or SC, truly depends on state and cops moods/amount of doughnuts eaten in that given hour. there is a formula for that somewhere...... I have exact the same park light, never had a problem, and i live in LA Cali being driving with this light for almost 2 years now B) I HAD THE SAME COLOR BULBS IN BLUE LED, SAME AS YOU.
