They changed the RX hybrid on the Lexus website to the '10 so that should mean that it'll be in dealerships soon.

I agree with you Steve whole heartedly. I work closely with the upper management at my company (a small manufacturing shop) so I know the costs involved in running a business. Put yourself in the position of the car dealer management, if you were to sell the car yourself you'd try to get the most you could for it... so are they. I consider myself extremely blessed to be offered the job that I have and make the income that can pay for my cars. Let me ask you cduluk... do you work? Do you have an income? Or do your parents just buy you these cars with nothing expected in return? If the latter is true then I would consider myself very lucky. I'd give everything to not have to work, be able to focus all my time on my education, and have the car I drive now paid for me. I as well as Steve don't try to be insulting or mean, I'm just trying to make a point. If you ran the dealer you'd do the same thing, so don't blame her/him for trying to make an honest living.

The Lexuses are outside because they are mine and the Buck and Pontiac are my parents cars, they own the house so they get the garage <_< Even though my ES is worth three times the trade in on my dad's van and is two years older.

I must be getting a really good deal on my oil changes. I just had it changed in my ES last weekend at Lexus of Toledo and it only cost $49.

I like every Lexus made, it's hard to pick a favorite. Although I love the LS600h L, if I could, I'd buy one. But in reality my next car will be a fully loaded RX350 AWD in Truffle Mica.

90 to 100mph in my 03 ES300 on I-475 during the day. I was on my way to my calculus exam and just as I got off the express way I realized I forgot my calculator (I would have failed without it). So I had to go back home and get it. The only other time I got that fast was when I was going to my Lexus dealer after work and I was driving on some country roads a jack !Removed! in a Grand Prix rode my tail so I gunned it to 100mph.

Hey everyone so here is my experience with Lexus of Dayton... So I was looking for a certified '04 RX with nav and I found one at Lexus of Dayton that was very nice and in my price range. I live in Toledo (about 2 1/2 hours away from Dayton) so I made the whole deal online and once that was all done my dad and I made the trip down there. So we got down there and finalized all the paperwork and I took home my RX, this is where my problems started... On the way home I noticed that I had to keep the steering wheel turned to the right slightly to keep the car straight, if the steering wheel is straight then the car starts to veer left. When I got home I was cleaning the windshield (stupid bugs) when I noticed a crack about two inches long in the windshield this is where I got really agitated! Later I noticed that the plastic cover over the radio display was cracked along the right side all the way down, I know that isn't a big deal but still.... At this point I'm just angry that I'm spending about $500/month for what I thought would have been a fully checked over car which isn't. So I called the sales person that I worked with and explained all the problems with the car and they said they wanted to take the car back to check it all over again and fix all the problems that I had brought up to them. Tomorrow they are going to send a shuttle driver to my office (about 3 hours from the dealer) with a loaner car and will take my car. I asked my sales person what kind of car they are sending me and she said an 05 ES. I know it's not that big a deal but I'm frustrated that I just moved up from my 03 ES to a bigger car and I have to go right back down a week later, I bought an RX for a reason! I don't know how to feel about this... either totally cheesed off because I bought a CERTIFIED RX with all these problems or be pleased that they are driving all the way up to my office to get my car and fix it.

Congratulations on your purchase! I felt the same way about the black interior, my ES had a grey interior which I liked very much but my RX has black interior, at first I didn't know if I would like it but now I've come to love it, much better than the grey.

Well if the car is at another dealer a Lexus dealer won't get it for you, I tried with my RX. However they will look though auction listings and see if they can find one at auction to buy for you.

I think that dealer must have locations in both NC and OH. This 400h is in Ohio. I'm sure they would ship it if you ask.

There are rumors of a minor change in the ES for the 2010 year but other than that I don't see any major changes until either 2012 or 2013.

What I am seeing is that the '06 navigation is Gen 4 and the '07 and newer is Gen 5 so there may be some differences. In my opinion if you like the '06 400h you should get it. I haven't heard of any problems, even though it is the first gen of the 400h.
