    Usually caused by armour all marring the plastic. Using a plastic polish like meguires can remove it.

    You will smell gas on cold start up 1 becuase it is cold it is using a higher amount of fuel to run. 2 the catalytic convertors are not hot yet so the gas will be passing through them until it is up to operating temperature. Also a faulty ignition coil or injector can also be a problem to enhance the issue.

    How can they not be installed backwards? They have the same bolt patterns for the mount and eyelet on the base of the shock so other than heights they are the same before installation? Am i missing something.?

    Thank you. The codes are stored until they are reset or the battery is disconnected.

    Your pulley may be rubbing against the belt. Take a look and see if it is?

    Look for water in the airbox. None in there none in the engine. Get the code scanned to know what it was.

    Fix the IACV before you know what your idle is really at. Never adjust the idle by the screw it is computer controlled.

    To remove the screen you need to remove the rear seats and parcel shelf to take it out.

    Is it a tire pressure sensor or a rotation calibration ? I am going to move this to the general maintance section.

    Check the dealer it may already come painted to match as it is not steel but an alloy .

    Get a good summer and winter set . I have toyo t1r ultra high performance tires. So far i have about 20 000km and only 10% wear. A set of dunlop graspics are unbelievably cheap in 17 under $100 each and well worth the price.

    The knock sensors harness is only connected at the sensor itself. Then it is a straight wire to the computer .

    www.hidplanet.com is a great resource. I prefer to use a oem Phillips kit from a scrapped car and add bulbs and harness as i think xenon depot is over priced.

    I love the new commercial with it parking between 2 pyramids of champagne glasses like the original LS ones with a twist. I love it!
