  1. My 94 LS has been in storage for about two months because of our wonderful Colorado weather this year. I drove it yesterday for the first time and two problems showed up. First the trac control will not ingage. I push the switch and nothing happens. Also, the check engine light is coming on. About two weeks ago it needed to be moved and the battery was to low to start the car so it needed to be charged. Any thoughts on what might be the problem(s). For winter drivng I really need the Trac Control. Thanks in advance, Ralph
  2. I currently own a 94 ls and have the chance to buy a very nice 2000 with 40,000 miles. Are ther any particular querks for this model year that I should look out for. Thanks in advance. Ralph
  3. My remote entry does not work anymore. I have two keys and have changed the batteries in both to make sure that was not the problem. My dash switch is on and I checked the "Dome" fuse under the hood. Any suggestions on what to do next. Also, where is the receiver and control unit located in the car? Is it above the glove box? The reason I ask is I had my glove box out for some other work about the time the remote stopped working. Thanks in advance, Ralph Newman
  4. My 94 LS climate control is acting up. The "heat" is always at max until I go all the way to max cold. The fan speed does change as I raise a lower the desired temperature. The heater valve is operating so the servo motor should be ok. I am quessing the blend door has gotten stuck or unattached to the servo motor. How do I access it? Do I go in from the engine compartment or under the dash? Never done this before so your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
  5. I just changed a leaking heater valve and had a bit of trouble getting the cable working. It had lots of corrosion and was sticking. It now travels about 1/2" and seems to be working fine. However, The heat coming into the cabin is always the same temperature unless I put it on MAX COLD. Seems the servomotor air mixing Gate (door) is not operating. ANY SUGGESTIONS? Is there something I could have damaged when changing the heater valve? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ralph
  6. I want to get another set of wheels for my 94 LS 400 so I can keep my snow tires mounted year round. Ebay has a lot of wheels from other newer models. Is there an easy cross reference chart anywhere. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
