where are you loacted since maybe someone has one near by to you unlike me who is in canada

actually it is 94-96 don't have that problem the 92-93 do as they are an old style engine with a cold start injector try getting a motor vac fuel injection flush before the dealer sometimes the parts just need a good carbon clean up and they are perfect also do the rpms go up when the gas is pressed more or does it stay the saem no matter how much you presson the pedal?

exactly what jpi said and by the way 250 was just for labour and it is in Canadian i spent 150 for a new water pump and belt so 400 canadian total at a dealer with a dealer tech 45 minutes is real fast does that include refilling and ppurgeing the coolant?

have you fixed that intake problem yet?

there are 2 ports one in the fuse panel in the dash pop off the cover and it is right there the other is at the top pf the engine on the right side just left of the strut tower bside the intake manifold

if there is a tranny problem try to narrow it down by selsting a lower gear if the car does not go any faster this will force a gear change if one is not happening it may well be the intake pipe which gets a good gap in it when under WOT try and check it for tears which usually come from excessive movement of the enigne mounts causing it to rip i really don't think the 99 has an elctornic gas pedal like the 03

I checked my 94 yesterday looking for the filter G damn thing is a pain in the &#33;Removed&#33; to get to the trap door when i opened it off nothing was in there just dust and dirt i will have to clean it out later i was too *BLEEP*ed to find i had the option of having one and didn't i then checked the supplementary manual with the car and it said that all lexus have the optional add on of the a/c filter that comes standard on the LS oh well i might just get one

i would say no don't do it it is a pain in the !Removed! and can lead to some very nice repair bills if not done properly i went to scholl as a auto tech and i don't even want to do mine i take it to a lexus tech who does them all day and for 250 in 3 hours unless you do these things alot i would never open it up

octane booster is great for forced induction s/c or turbo cars regular ones premium gas should work fine although when i had my grand prix i did notice a big difference in performance when runnig them

they thanks god do not look blue inside the projector the cool blue ones did slightly but not the silverstars

i use a small bottle of concentrated pot porri it comes with a droppper to add to dried flowers and last weeks with a few drops in the vents no idea where you might get it locally as i get it form a floral wholesaler

nope the valves don't adjust tehmselves there is nothing to worry about it is just annoying and it will wear more with the increased lash also the performance and fuel economy suffers slightly as well

that is the other way to do it it is much simpler as for not needing toold but i am not sure if i would recommend an average user to start shorting pins to an ecu incase tehy get the wrong ones

i would get the sender unit tested first before worrying about the needle it might be a damged wire

never heard of the wipes who makes them i am not a big fan of the baby cloth wipes in a plastic bottle they seem like they are geared to the quick and easy but not lasting or as good as the regualr products

more info needed is the light on the gauge no lighting up? is the needle not moving or not moving properly is it intermittent?

i think it was around $500 give or take a bit for some of the shims extra if needed
