I doubt it is the ecu which fuse exaclty keeps blowing?
It is probably just damaged wiring?
there is only one leveling ecu for both sides of the car so none would work if it was bad but the lights would light up just not move up and down
if the bulb itself doesn;t light up then remove the bulb and try putting a fuse back in to see if it is the bulb.
If the fan clutch isn;t working properly then that is your problem right there.
Are you driving at highway speeds and it is overheating?
Or just at idling?
agreed use the duster to lightly brush the surface not let it sit on the car and move it. I used to get the same marks until i realized how to use it properly,.
Also wash it everyso often

I would say it is the plastic tab which can break when it is over stressed from pulling the handle all the way and letting go quickly.
Just a small white tab,you should be able to buy it seperatly.
17's look nice 18's look best anything over is overkill for looks not performance driving.
You should have better braking as there is less sidwall to soften the treads contact patch to the road.
my drl's work fine but i never use them as i drive with full headlights 100% i want to be seen so i don;t get my babies hit.
It is more than likely a relay or fuse that has been removed as some owners don;t want it.
most repair manuals will give you a basic break down
any service advisor at lexus can show you the exacts for some of the code
but it is mainly year engine, place of assembly, i think colour depending and some other stuff as options
