i'm thankful:) i was not able to call the police either coz i forgot to pay for my registration and it is expired for a week now:) so i kinda didnt want all the hussle with the police and tickets:)

i didnt call the police, i checked the trunk and behind the bumper and everything seemed ok. i charged her 500$ for the damage and the scratch i think i will buff it out with wax and clay bar.

all the hoses are ok and no noises whatsoever...... and i did that thing with wheels while flushing and changing the fluid....

i used dextron II type fluid........ fluid level is stable.......

it will take you whole day. you will need to remove the radiator for the cooling system, all the covers, distributors, caps, crankshaft pulley. dont forget to change the pulleys and waterpump. bearings in them gonna be pretty weared. be careful with timing otherwise you might have to redo it couple of times:)

i noticed recently that like 6-8 weeks after i changed steering fluid steering wheel is really hard to turn. what is it? bad fluid? bad pump? or smth else? it used to be nice and soft and now eevn my 91 legend is more softer then ls400:(

not surebout those fuel additives. never saw any changes in my car and they look and smell and burn like regular fuel. if ths stuff is not harmful(i mean like cause cancer ) federal agencies dont care. you donty have to do any special tests for them.

i'm not sure about the rubbing as well, coz the paint around might get hurt. the pressured water solution seems to be the best. i dont recommend wash any car in the power washer because you will get those tiny lil scratches even if your car is washed. i always wash my cars myself. it takes only 15-30 mins and it helps me to relax:)

wheel balancing and pads have nothign to do with that. i had the same problem, the brake pedal kickin back while braking and this is onlyy rotors, nothing else, just get them mashined and dont brake hard for 500 miles. -
check ur antenna plugs then. FM uses the retractable antenna.

yeah the did, and the bent. go to the shop and have them mashined. do front ones first. it might be enuff. and dont brake hard for first 500 miles -
oh just read your post 1800$ too much for me now:( need to pay for my las t school semster. but after that hell yeah. i will need your experince in buying them in a few month:)

btw guys, the manual says that we have to use 5-30w. i always used 10-30w and now i switched to 10-30w sinthetic. is it bad that i used 10 instead of 5?

you had some nice experience. while when i got there to ask them to heck why i got those strong vibrations they charged me for 100$ and told me to do tune up!!!! which i did like a month before!!! what kind of mechanic would not notice new cables and new caps? they also told me to change my timing belt and water pump and ball joints for some reason. i checked ball joints and they are fine. no more dealer!!! never!!!!!

i use mobil or BP all the time, no difference in them. should i try sunoco or smth like this?

i have that phone in the console in my 96 lsand i had a service from cellular one on it for 2 month and it was like 40$ for 60 mins a month. no good. i just use my regular cell phone with a headset:) as to muting the stereo just turn it off. open the console and press the off buton, it will also stop makin that noise when u turn the ignition on. serice on that built in phone sucked!!!!

cant seem to find fuse for the window or any kind of switch. open the door and check the motor. check if the signal from the window button is going to the motor
