The Gx first service is 5k, Synthetic oil is in it. Yea I waould change it at 1k.

Well I pulled the trigger last night on a 2010 Lexus GX460 Platinum package...Black Onyx ext...cream interior I think it is called ECU. Wow this thing has some gadgets...Bluetooth is flawless and the conection is better than I expected. Ride is great and the 3rd row seats fold down you almost would not even know they are there. I promise I will get some pics up soon when the rain stops. She is tucked away in the garage! :D And I have to post on here too that SW was a big help. Got talking to him about his deal on his EX and I picked his mind a little. Thanks... Yea I will take the pic of my X5 down and get the GX up there too... Wife is driving the X5 now and I guess I am selling the RX330...think it is sold matter fact...ink isn't dry yet if you know what I mean.

Well getting a few prices about 57500 on a premium package 62070 msrp GX 460, US OPEN GX460 with 700 miles for $55,500 msrp of 63700 on it. I am trying to get the first one for around 54000...no bites yet...I am sure I can get the US Open GX460 for about 54k but...still working.... Come on guys chime in and give me some help here and let me know if I can do better...I know as soon as I buy the GX someone is going to post a comment well I got mine for $$$...you could have done better...

Starting to get some prices on some GX 460s with the premium package just wanted to know if anyone had purchased and about how much off of msrp you got? I have a few different dealers working on some prices, a dealer that I like and have purchased from before has one with everything that I want but sticker is 62k, now they are supposed to be getting me their best deal tommorow... I am sure that it won't be enough for me to pull the trigger. Edmunds is showing invoice with the options I want should be around 54k so anybody getting these around invoice? Thanks in advance. I have SWs guy checking for me too. If I can get a deal on a GX like he just got on his ES I will get in a heartbeat.

That is cool CD. I have no idea how you have the time to do things like that but I think that the key looks great. If it is what you love and enjoy doing I guess you just make time to do it...

Sorry...just noticed you posted a reply. Ok on the factory DVD player in my wifes RX there are buttons play etc where you put the dvd in. All you need to do is go to the source button "I think" and scroll over until you see DVD and press it twice once to select and once to accept the ok. This will restart the dvd from previous play so you do not have to eject and put the dvd back in. I do have a remote but I don't ever use it. This is still a pain...I do not understand for the life of me why when the dvd player is left open and you shut off the car that it won't just restart on its own...it kills me when I stop and get gas...get back in the car and my little boy is DADDY SHREK...not ON... Hope this helps and sorry for the late reply.

Just wondering what the best price LOC members have gotten on a rx450h awd with nav if you don't mind me asking...starting to think about it and not sure if I will lease or purchase. My wife will take my X5 and we will get rid of the Rx330...think that someone in the family may buy it from me... Thanks for the info guys thought I would start getting my ducks in a row before I start seriously shopping...

My BMW X5 is the same...supposed to be lifetime fluid? They have now started reccomending it be changed I think at 100k miles. They drop the pan and fill from under the car. I assume it would be the same on the new Lexus?

NC- I think that part of the problem trying to get a dealer to negotiate on prices today is that with interest rates at .9% on some of these cars like BMW many people including me...could care less about paying Cash for the car. The dealers know this and they know that with the interest rates like they are that they are able to find people that will pay a little more for the car because of the low rates. I am not one who likes to negotiate monthly payments and I will always try to get the bottom dollar out the door price...but I also have to consider with a rate such as .9% why pay cash for it? The dealers also many times are given incentives to get the car financed...so there is no advantage for them having you pay cash. I know it sounds crazy... but it is the world we live in. There are so many people that live in the world of how much does it cost me "monthly" When we bought furniture for our home I was going crazy with the same situation. I wanted to just flat out pay cash...did not want to finance it. Man this sales lady just kept going on and on if you qualify for the 0% I can actually get you a better price. I financed it paid it off in 2 months closed the account. I bought new appliances at Sears...get this all new Jen Air appliances...5% off my total price to put on a Sears card...OK...charge it pay it off in a month close the account. I do not understand this logic (well kind of do $$$) and it is what has got the country so screwed up. They give people credit who actually can afford the payments monthly and the people don't sit down and do the math that they will pay on their new sofa or dishwasher for 10 years...paying over twice what the thing is actually worth... :chairshot:

CONGRATS! That us a boy and a girl...it is great! Only thing NC...start laying the law down right away...that way there are no suprises...No BOYS/MEN until 40, just because your brother can stay out doesn't mean that you can. My little girl is 9 months and she just smiles and laughs at me...my little boy is almost 3...they grow up so fast my little boy is just a little chatter box. Good luck with the X3, but you may want to consider an CARGO VAN...the rx330 is so loaded down when we go anywhere...double stroller...car seats...bags...kids toys...and just stuff. It seems crazy...I have considered a larger SUV because of this.
