since the questions with speakers is up does anyone know if you can swap the "premium" sound system with the nakamichi assuming that you get all the amp speakers, and maybe the head unit?
if this stuff really worked dont you think auto makers would have put something like that in our intakes already? if it improves milage so much then that would make it easier for auto makers to pass engine regulations that requires cars to make a certain mileage.
you have to remember the ohm rating when buying speakers. in this case its 4 inch 4 ohm. and its really hard to find speakers without tweeters. well maybe its just where im looking.
i actualy think VIS are good. they claim to put a UV protectant in their gel coats and the carbon goes all the way around to the inside of the hood. they are not wavy and the weave in the fibers are not pulled harder to one side or anything. and for about 500 bucks you really cant complain. i mean if it were a vertex hood that costs 3500 bucks or something and it had all of this wrong with it then well i would really complain. my friends shop just did a thing with VIS where they brought in 10 hoods to get a good price (plus a free hood) and they actually are the best hoods i have seen so far. i mean i havent seen like a C-west hood or anything but well what i am just trying to say is that VIS isnt that bad
well like bleeding brakes you need 2 people (most of the time) now when the fluid was out did you pump the peddle? did it feel like the pedal was responsible for the sticking?
i dont really know how to rate how hard it is but its just like any other motor swap that needs rewireing of an engine harness. if you have a shop do it it will run anywhere from 5-10k$$$ depending on what other extras you throw at them.
well you have to determine first weather its the pedal thats making it stick or the clutch master that is causing it.
but first of all why dont you drain all of that fluid and flush then add brake fluid to see if that remedies the problem. in worst cases you will need to replace your clutch slave and or rebuild your master.

you can find black super glue most likely at a hobby shop (that deals with RC cars) wel use it for glueing our tiny rims and tires together. ( our 20 inch to scale rims like 2 inches) they call it CA glue and its usually known as rubber toughened.
as for the gel coat as far as i know only VIS uses uv protectant in their gel coats. so have the hood filled and smoothed out and have come clear coat layed on there and then you wont have to worry about the swirl marks you mentioned. otherwise in about 6 months to a year it will fogg up and you will have to polish the gell coat.
for bulbs i also like the sylvania silverstars. my friend has them and they are brighter and whiter than stock. as for rotors just have them resurfaced unless you have done them and they are on the verge of becoming too thin. otherwise just buy replacements from lexus
93+supra stuff should fit.
well if the belt breaks you dont have to worry about the engine (internals ) being damaged so thats one good point but well you also could be stranded some where for a while so well do what you got to do.
alot of times those squirter holes are too small so you have to go over it with a file. and dont forget to super glue those filed edges( black super glue is best)
and have a body shop or some where fill the pin holes and just have the hood cleared. your supposed to clear it anyway to protect it from uv if they already dont use uv protectants in their gell coat.
the seat pads do come off but i dont know if they can interchange with the left and right. but they should so why dont you give it a try and let us know :D
did you look at the car? i was looking at 97 5 speed with a salvaged title and had pictures sent and well the exterior looked prety good but the dash didnt line up well with the pillars, it turns out that it was a tumbled car.
the reason why its not as cool is because the 134 isnt as efficient as the r12 meaning you need a bigger condenser or atleast one designed for 134. if you look at ac lines on a 134 car (like a 1995+ car) you will see what looks like pointless ac line routing. but what this actually does is cool the hot gas. r12 didnt need all of this because it was so efficient so i would just go back th the shop and pay the extra $150-200 or so and have the r12 charged in there.
