Gotta love that! Thanks for the input....and reassurance. Mark Back to the weights on the outside of the wheel, Some shops do that for a truer balance ( supposedly ). Personally when I get my tires bal/rotate I always make sure they remove all the old weights, clean the inside of the wheel and put on the weights only on the inside and on the inside of the wheel, Never on the outside ( looks like s$#t ) Just have them balanced/rotate at the proper intervals. Congrats on the lex and the Michelins simply one of the best tires made, That's all I ever put on my lex's.

It shouldn't take 18 hrs. That is a quote from the manual. Did you know that the book says .5 hrs. to change a acc. belt on a gs300. It took me 2 minutes, And I am sure if I worked on cars all day long I could do it in 30 sec. Anyway, THANK GOD YOU ARE UNDER WARRANTY.

How offten do you guys find that you need to put air in your tires? Not very often, A couple times a year. After a few times of checking the pressure, The tires will take a # or two.

I check the tire pressure ( and all fluids ) everytime I wash the car, At least once a week.

I like xm because: 1. I don't like hearing the same music over and over. 2. I absolutely hate howard stern and it would ruin my whole morning if i even accidentally stumbled on whatever station he broadcasts on. lol j/k! We have XM on our direct tv at our lake house and never listen to it there... but its the time on the road that's made better by satellite!!! After much thought, I wouldn't pay $ for that type of service. Maybe if there was more flexability like being able to choose what songs/music I want to listen to. Kind of like the movie service ( the name escapes me ) that lets you choose what movie to watch. ;)

No, To the amplification of the rear antena, The Kenwood should have a seperate antena for the gps/navi. Let me look into the wire colors for you. I can tell you that the wires/harness is connected to the speedo, So you will have to pull it out to get to the wires.

In response, the reason I'm looking "cheapest" is because I don't plan to keep this car. I bought in in January off of the car lot I work on for just over $3000 and I'm driving it temporarily until I find a sports car that I'd like, then I'm going to "flip" this car and make some money. If this was my 300zx Twin Turbo you bet your butt I'd buy OEM only, but for my purposes, Its just to clear the check engine light so I can smog and sell it. Are you going to disclose that to the buyer ?

Maybe a faulty solenoid. I beleive there is a thread on cleaning the solenoids, If I remember it is fairly easy after you pull the pan. Search and see what you come up with.

.. Personally I wouldn't want a solder/splice in an oxygen sensor in my lex. With a part like that, I would buy oem. I just don't care for any cut/spliced/soldered wires on my car.

I'll try and post pics of the Bentley if I can figure it out, lol! I wonder if there ever was a Lambo or ??? Something about this doesn't sound right. HMMMMM !!!!!!! Yes, there was a Lambo. A 2006 Gallardo, to be exact. I have pics of that, as well, if you're interested.... If you're asking me, it was about the same as the Lambo, actually. No reductions off MSRP. Except almost every channel is commercial not commercial after commercial after commercial..... If it is not what I want to listen to it might as well be a commercial...or the DJ who is actually talking about something local... I am not saying it is a bad deal but I could careless about flipping through channel after channel to find a song that I want to hear... B) I just can't see why xm is so attractive, Maybe the sports channels are attractive ? Can one choose there team channel ? Or something close ? TIA
