Has anybody purchased on ebay the wood steering wheel cover that they say you can easily install? The dealer will charge you an arm and a leg to get there parts. I saw this on ebay and was wondering how easy it was and how it looked. anybody try this? ebay steering wheel link

When running my AC I hear a ticking noise. when I cut off the A/C it goes away. Also this seems to only happen when the air is coming from the top vents. anybody have this? any ideas on what is causing it?

in my 2001 RX300 I checked my incabin filter and it looks really dirty, where is the best place to get a replacement? Do I have to get this from the dealer? thanks Heath

well my rotors are warped at 60K, driving me crazy... so I need new rotors, I have a friend who loves his upscale rotors and pads. (drill, slotted, and dipped) I am also tired of the break dust and I know ceramic pads keep that down to a minimum...

Doesn't look like streetbeatcustom.com has lexus rotors.. I didn't see it on there website? Any other place to look? I found the Akebono Ceramic pads.. thanks

I plan on getting drill slotted break rotors from an ebay store.. looks like I can get them for around $160 or so. does anybody have any suggestions on some good ones. Most of them seem to be the same, drill sloted, dipped.. etc I plan to get the ceramic pads too, I found those on an ebay store too.

in my 2001 RX300 it has an automatic air vent into the glovebox coming from the outside. Is there anyway to close this? During the winter I have some cold air blowing around my glovebox border becuase of all the air coming from that vent. Also when I open the globebox for something it is like a huge fan of cold air blowing in sure would like to close it somehow any ideas

I just purchased a 2001 Lexus RX300 from a Fords Dealer. They only had 1 key which turns out to be the valet key. (cranks car and opens door) I went to my nearest Lexus dealer in Memphis, TN to have them make me another key. They told me that without 1 of the master keys they can not make me a key that will crank the car, it will only open the doors. I am not used to having cars with this type of key, I can't believe Lexus would have such a solution where if a customer looses both master keys then they can not make another key from the valet key. They are telling me I have to buy another computer for $2000 and 2 new keys for $200 a piece. Can anybody tell me if this is correct, it just doesn't seem right to me, I think they just want me to buy another computer.

How easy was it to install the Hidden Hitch Class III, you said you did it in only 30 minutes, was there any drilling? If it only took 30 minutes is it safe to assume all the holes lined up and you just scrwed it in? did it come with instructions?
