sc4sooner, If the tare is located down the middle of the engine cover shield? All Sc 300/400 models have this pre-cut to gain easy access to the oil filter, after time it starts to hang down from the engine bay. Its actually easier to gain access to the oil filter from the top of the engine.

95sc400nproud, Try the follow links below for assistance? The first link will show the process in which to take off the inner door panel, it will show the areas where all the plugs/bolts are located. I know you can't open your door to get at all of them, but this will give you a general idea where the connections are in the door panel.
