  2. mosc300, I believe the Sc300 93 has the washer tank under the hood up toward the front bumper, between the high beam lights.
  3. nolyaw, Nakamichi stereo has only one amp.
  4. nolyaw, Are you sure its a bad amp? Test or check your speakers, they might have disintegrated this is what happend to my rear speakers. To Test remove the passenger side lining in the trunk. Then take down the back wall lining to the trunk this will give you access to the rear speakers +/- connections. Hook up a small 4ohm working speaker. I bought a small single speaker at walmart, if you hear sound you have a blown speaker. Inorder to check the front speaker you will have to take down the whole door lining. Here is the link on step by step take down. http://clublexus.com/forums/showthread.php?t=109384

Also mention to the seller what member alexus93 indicated in the post above. Good Luck with your decision.

  10. kk100, Where you live Buffalo, NY forget about it, store the vehicle away for the winter. Buffalo get so much snow, just last year the national news showed residents shoveling snow off their roofs.
  11. immax01, It may not be your Amplifer, It could be blown speakers. The speakers on my 95' Sc deteriorated. Foam around the cone of the speaker disintegrated. I would check your speakers, before buying a new amplifer. To test hook-up a (small) working speaker onto the cars rear speaker (+/-) connections, if you hear sound then its your vechile speakers that have blown. Here is a link to locate your amp and to see if there is any corrosion, if you don't see any rust on the the amplifer there is a good chance the amp is still functional. Let me know your conclusion of your test. Good Luck! http://www.carstereohelp.com/stereoremovalLexusES300AmpR.htm
  12. tomyy, The driver side under part of the timing belt track.
  13. 1jzsc300, Love your Mazda Rx-7. That model received great accolades when they introduced it back in '93. I wanted to purchase one, but could not afford the sticker price.

  17. udstuengt, The Fog lights on my 95, only operate when the headlights are functioning. I think all Sc's fog lights (96-00) operate this way, you have no option. You would have to modify, to make the 95 fog lights fit into your existing bumper. Another option is replacing your pre 95 bumper with a 95-00 front bumper and you still need to rewire. There is no easy solution at the moment to increase the bulb power on a pre 95 Sc. As far as the other two JDM Fog Lights links, they don't have the right bulb socket connection a 12v H3 55w bulb. They are pre 95 corner lights.
  18. udstuengt, The first link are fog lights that fit 95-96 models. The clear plastic a long with the wiring connections on the back of the casing have the same characteristic as the U.S. Sc 95 fog lights. I've got a 95 Sc and have change my fog light bulbs. I have encountered the same bulb casing and wire connections.
  19. Michael0711, Congrats on getting your amp. The Amp is not difficult to replace yourself, its just a little time consuming. Here are steps you'll need to take to get to your amp. The amp is under the cd player. Don't Forget* Locate & disconnect the head connectors to your CD changer (two) and Nakamichi amp (three) http://www.carstereohelp.com/stereoremoval...SC300CDCgrR.htm
  20. arielscar, You are correct with your statement, but it can be without the step you have mentioned. I advise first timers to jack up the car and remove the tire, my fault for not suggesting this step.
  21. Michael0711, Your best bet for locating a used 97' Nakamichi amp, is from these two vendors (Randjdistributing & Aliga) from clublexus.com. Randjdistributing is not a member of this forum, but Aliga is a member of this forum. Send him an email with your request. Good Luck! aliga Email me with requests: gazi.ali@gmail.com www.randjdistributing.com 1-716-276-1000 http://www.clublexus.com/forums/showthread.php?t=310564
  22. Val, Try Doing a search next time, here are the answer to your questions. Removal of the fog light bulb 1. Take a couple of bolts off on the front fender splashguard, pull back and locate(use a flashlight) the casing. The foglight will be enclosed, with a circular plastic cap. Turn it counter clock-wise to open the casing. 2. This will give you access to the bulb and socket. In the casing is a white plastic, the bulbs connection fits snug into the socket. I had to wiggle and tug, until I jarred it loose. *NOTE* disconnect the wire from the socket before you open the clasp. This keeps the bulb in place and out of your way. 3. To open the clasp, I believe you push down and it will unfasten. 4. When you replace the new halogen bulb don't touch the glass with your fingers, it shorten the life causing it to burn out faster. This site will help with your tail light removal. http://www.clublexus.com/forums/showthread...l+light+removal
  23. Brendon Bosy, A swap is possible, according to Tucked SC results. Click on the links below. http://www.clublexus.com/forums/showthread...fitment+bumpers http://forums.nycmaximas.org/showthread.ph...5070#post305070
  24. Here are the ratings on '07's Ultra High Performance tires, with Falken Ziex ZE-912 leading the pack. Drag JPEG Image to your desktop for zoom-in ability.
  25. taunta henny, The Interior light has a small indentation to the back left of the light fixture. Use your index finger and flashlight to locate, with a small flat head screw driver open the plastic light cover. As for the Door Lights they have 4 plastic snap in prongs a long the top/bottom ends of the plastic cover. Be careful with opening the plastic prongs, they can break off easily. I never changed the foot light bulb, if it's the florescent green light that comes on under the driver side. Here are some pictures.
