Did it change the transmission shift points, especially earlier downshifts? That's what I've noticed with that type of intake.

I removed from my front side windows on the Pathfinder. Took maybe an hour. Probably take less time with a hair dryer. I just let it set in the sun with bug remover on it and it finally just peeled away.

Yep, polyester can be abrasive. Some tape recorder head cleaners use polyester to scrub the oxide off the heads.

If you keep finding things like that, pretty soon you'll have to stop sometimes and drain out some gas.

All I know is that some spoiler materials will pin hole if they weren't correctly prepped and sealed prior to painting. Some producers are pretty specific about how to prep those products.

What's the rave with the HIDs? Who sees them other than people in other cars who can't see or talk to you? Are they worth it? HID compared to Halogens is a difference like day and night. :D

OK guy's I got it! How the hell can the arm get so messed up and look toward the ground when it's supposed to be looking up towards the roof? It happens lots of times when people change springs. The arms should be at a very wide angle, almost straight, rather than in a "L" shape. Most installers don't even know it's there, let alone know it has to be properly adjusted. Glad you got it fixed.

Yes there's only one link. It would be to the right of the left rear shock and forward a bit.

Nobody ever messes with the front ones. You can see the back one just by getting down on the ground behind the left rear wheel an shining a flashlight on it. No need to even jack up the car.

Lots of times when people install springs the headlight autolevel sensor arm gets out of whack. Here's a thread that should help you figure that out. http://my.is/forums/showthread.php?t=20049...dlight+leveling

Florida can be a no win situation what with the strong sun and the salt air. I can see where leaving a car covered for long periods could cause a build up of condensed salt (water) and cause problems. OTOH, my dad always parked outside and the sun and salt finally took the paint off the roof of his car. If using the cover, I'd think you'd want to take it off and dry it out once in awhile, and also wash the car frequently and make sure it's dry before putting the cover on. I may be mistaken, but I think some car covers can be washed too. I guess if I lived there and didn't have a garage or carport, I'd just try and find a place to park in the shade, and not worry about the rain part of it.
