  1. What's your opinion of the H&R springs, now that you have them on your Lexus?
  2. Yes, the FSport exhaust is just loud enough to be satisfying. No need for midpipes and resonator deletes that cause a lot of droning and rasp. The only time when the F-sport sound is borderline annoying is cruising at speeds of over 80 mph ( which is faster than I should be cruising at, so it serves as a convenient reminder). Overall I enjoy it, at mid to high revs with sunroof open, the sound is nearly exotic-like. Driven conservatively with AC on and windows up the sound is pleasantly low key.
  3. Other than the placebo effect from the extra noise...
  4. Welcome. Nice collecction of Lexus vehicles. I see you traded the 2013 GS350's. You didn't like them?
  5. ^Although that kind of oil usage is not common, the dealer will not do any repairs for that kind of oil consumption because it's still considered to be acceptable.
  6. I know this is an IS250/350 thread, but it sure seems like most here no longer have IS350 's.... Just checking for signs of life.
  7. Wow, the better Batmobile!
  8. So what happened? Status of CPO warranty?
  9. thanhphone214 -Did you get your IS250 back this week?
  10. Welcome and Happy New Year!. I hope you are enjoying the SC430.
  11. No plans for new car in 2013 at this point, still finding my F-sported IS350 to be fun. (Last year I did buy a model year 2013 Mazda CX-5)
  12. I have 3 brands in my garage. Only 1 Lexus which is plenty.
  13. Welcome, sounds like a nice Lexus. You will appreciate gas mileage difference.
  14. How many miles on it when you got rid of it?
  15. My 07 IS350 does not have extra button. (My Mercedes has that feature and I rarely use it)
  16. My Lexus IS received nothing on Christmas and spent a lonely day in garage, but it was cold and wet that day.
  17. Merry Christmas to all at LOC! I will be taking a 3 hour drive today (in the Mazda, not the Lexus).
  18. My memory is fine, Looks like nobody cares, lol.
  19. Welcome and happy holidays!
  20. My preference is the cleaner styling of the new GS, don't care for the bloated rear fender humps on Equus. From what I see in import-rich area of northern CA, Equus isn't getting much sales traction.
  21. Note: I have no guards on the 2007 IS350 ( a compact sport sedan with 4 much shorter doors than the a typical 2 door coupe/roadster), no problems, don't miss them.
  22. No such problems with Pep Boys 4mm product on my 2004 Porsche Boxster S, only the exact color matching was not available. You are incorrect, I'm not referring to the same crap product you are going and on and on and on and on about... Wow, given the problems you encountered with the junky 12mm golashes product available at Pep Boys in southern California, I can see why you would avoid that at all cost!
  23. Pep Boys in northern California sells a product that looks exactly like those in 2 pictures above. No golashes-look, no goop dripping in summer, no adhesive on hands, no muss, no fuss, about $10 for 2. I had them on my Porsche Boxster S for 5 years, no problems, barely visible. I'll see if I can retrieve pictures.
  24. Let's see GS300 pics please.
