I replaced the cam and crank seals on my dad's car. Search the forum for timing belt replacement. Once you get the belt off, take off the pullies. I use a special sproket holding tool from snap on. Some people use a chain wrench. I think they are 17mm bolts on each cam pulley. Since you're leaking so much oil, the seals should come out easy. If I remember correctly, you have to remove the valve covers. I am not sure in this so if someone can chime it, it would help. There is not really anything else you can replace while you're doing this. Maybe the valve cover gaskets.
