You should have a little battery symbol(in red) that comes on if you are having battery charging problems? So let us know in 4 weeks if the battery held up or not? If that little Jack-aZZ service guy told me I couldnt talk to the mechanic--he would have a rude awakening standing in front of his boss after I was done, people PI$$ me off when they act like that

I would not loose any sleep over the tranny~! Have you had the latest tranny update done to your 330? It does help a ton with the shifting and lag time it had

my 30K service was at 2000! i was so *BLEEP*ed off, lol. but this is because i had all these problems on my rx330. All four tires needed to be changed as well as brake pads. ← I sure hope they told you all they were going to do and what the cost was before they did 2K worth of work---holy crap

Yep, that trick works like a charm for playing with the NAV while driving (well Wife driving and Im playing:) ) I bet once you get into override mode it may take care of the bluetooth issue as well? Let us know

True--alot of settings you cannot do and the dealer has to, BUT for his question YES anyone can do it with no dealer involvement

Yep, mix the flow like stated and you will be fine. Did you also know that when in Auto mode you can you can adjust thw airflow mode (where it comes out) and you are still in auto mode for the desired temps you want? Just that your Auto light will not be on.....nice feature I like

Keeping there foot on the brakes even slightly--engages the pads, so driving like that gets the brakes a tad hot running at 70+

Got a question, I have just driven my dads 99' RX300 AWD and from a start, if you get on the gas a decent amount you feel like a shutter going through the whole car. Once you get going the shudder goes away? Its just happens when you go from a stop? ANyone have knowledge of this and what the fix is if any?

Nice!! But this is what I found on my 04 and not sure if its working or not. I got to the override button on mine like stated but it would not hightlight green like the other button did?? Do I just press it once and now Im in override and can enter the destination while driving Or is the Override button supposed to turn green? __________________

Funny this came up! I have the Mcgaurd locknuts on my toyota 4-runner and I was "going" to take off my rear wheel to look at the brakes and guess what--I broke the damn locknut myself using the lugnut wrentch. It broke into 2 pieces all around the locking pattern. Im going to go use an air wrench tomorrow and I think I can still get it off! I hope.

Yes always check the tire pressure because they INFLATE the tires alot (50psi) when they transport them on the truck! It has to do with when they sinch them down with the chains--they put more Air pressure in the tires as not to squish them flat...

I dont see anything wrong with the 18's. I have the performance package on mine as well and I think it rides smooth as butter---Wouldnt change a thing

I would say dont freat with it to much and swing by the dealer--he should be able to hook you up in a matter of minutes if its nothing major--

You can have it display the Ave MPG and DTE without the nav on.

Have you got the latest reflash? A new one has just come out about a month ago and it did make a nice differance I thought..... Its the same TSB as the older one on this issue they just revised the update with New software for ya....

On my 330, I can get around 300 to a tank! Thats 98% city driving too. I have never had it out on a trip where I dont stop till its empty or I have to take a Peeeeee break

Darn it! I have already heard it doesnt work on the 04 RX330, but if we could get into the service menu--do we have an override feature in there???? If so can someone find it please? How do we get into the service menu?

No the new update will not change a thing but, it will update roads, POI's ect.... I was hoping the same thing as you but you will not notice a differance really

Im pretty sure it would cost you more to obtain the parts and have it installed now? Lots of stuff goes into it than just a DVD unit and GPS. Thats about all I can tell ya Maybe a quick trade in??

I understand what that says----all I know is what I felt and experienced with my 330 when I went up to 89. Lexus states to use 87 but also right in the manual it says 91 can be used for better performance--how much, we dont know.

Funny we always used the lowest grade 87 fuel and always noticed a slight hesitation going through 2nd gear and just lived with it for 5000 miles---the wife drives it 90% of the time anyway she had to fill the tank this last time and put in the mid grade gas 89 and she almost immediatly felt the car was tons smoother--I said right! Well I finally took it out for a spin and I knew what I was looking for, guess what--hesitation gone. I must have a smart wife:) So the 330 is much smoother now going through all the gears as we cruise around..... All we run now is the Mid grade gas--so YES going up a little in octane makes a differance for sure.
