What a !Removed!! Of course that is not normal, my front end is silent. Now if I go over a big speedbump witth a little speed it will compress and extend the struts to the limit and i might here it. But what you are saying is not normal. I hope you have another dealer around. Take a new one out and see if its normal.....bet not

Husker, I just talked to my service Girl (hot) anyway she says there most definatly a new program on the way within a short time!! There is a guy now that is getting his 330 bought back or something at that nature for that problem and lexus is hooking him up in some way... My mind is wirling on that and a new GS

Husker, Have you actually talked to your service dept? and they say there is a new software update for it?? If so can you get the numbers or whatever they tell ya

I try to not let mine get to empty, but I have taken t down to ZERO (0) showing on the display! I was seeing if it would start readig negative---but it never did

Keep your 330, Not worth it right now. have you read the Mileage thread on the 400?? Not as good as expected so far

LOL, RX in NC I do love my RX but when we went looking for a new vehicle the wife has always wanted a Beemer and I steered her away and we settled on the Lexus! We both enjoy it alot but she is always harping about a BMW..bla..bla..bla! a Sporty car too, So I said why keep paying the money on a car she is only so-so happy with? Since we always have purchased cars it always has been me saying I want this or that! So I got the vehicle I have always wanted for years which is a 99 Limited 4-Runner(love it to death) and I kind of pushed the Lex on her, because of BMW reliability is not the hottest! Im hoping that has changed? Oh well it wont be for another 6 months minimum before we sell it--could be longer. I just took the lex out to the store for the first time in 2 weeks---forgot how nice she is:) smooth and quite compared to the Runner. And yes our tranny has the 1-2 sec lag if you catch it right at a slow rolling start:(

LexusTom, You really need to put the correct plugs back in your car. The Iridiums are the finest plugs out there and last forever--I think you will notice an improvement in both idle and highway mileage. How many miles were on your car when you pulled the original plugs?
