What do you mean "on brights"? Do you mean high beam? If you're talking about it working when your high beam is on, then its's probally because the low beam filament is burnt. Pull out the bulb and take a look at it...it only takes 5 minutes.

Eclipse or Nakamichi would be the best choice if you're looking for great sound quality. Alpine is pretty good also but it's hard to compare Alpine to the above companies.

They sell headrest covers that are made to hide your monitors. Headrest covers are made from cloth or a similar material and just goes over the whole headrest...it's kind of like a sock or dust bag.

The vacuum leak could be anywhere before the O2S...sh*t, it could even a small hole in the piping right before your O2S. Is your car in control of the air/fuel ratio? And yeah, where did you find that shirt?

Capacitor C142 and C147 on the instrument cluster board. You have to remove the instrument cluster and circuit board and replace those 2 caps. There's a pinned post on how to remove the instrument cluster and board from your vehicle.

I'll throw in intermittent MAF sensor malfunction. C = chassis 1,2 = fuel and air metering 3 = ignition system or misfire 4 = auxilary emission control

Usually a code related to an O2 sensor is just the computers way of saying "something doesn't make sense". For a 1992 vehicle you're probally not going to get a code if it's emissions related, the "computer" is more concerned looking for problems that could affect driveability. Howcome you replaced your O2S anyways? Did you or your mechanic diagnose and conclude that the O2S was as fault? Just don't rely solely on a code to tell you that your O2S is bad, it takes more then that to determine a malfuntioning sensor... (propane enrichment and a DSO to monitor crosscounts and voltage). As you already know bro, it's not much fun to take the shotgun approach.

Yeah, LOC's (line output converters) are made for headunits without preouts. Just run them off of your speaker wires from the back of the headunit to the amp. If it's transmitted through a radio wave you're definitely going to lose some sound quality.

I agree, it's (most likely) because there is carbon build up in the EGR. It could also be lack of vacuum or differential pressure sensor is faulty, but it's most likely carbon fouled.

Power steering fluid can leak on your timing belt? Are you sure? dilligaff82, is there a white cloud of smoke when you start your car up? It could be that your air control valve is leaking fluid into your engine, that's probally why there isn't a visible leak.

95-97 stereo will not fit a 91 for sure (the wiring is different). For a 91 you must find a stereo from a 90-92 LS400.

How is your air suspension now? Is it giving you any problems yet? If it were my car, I would swap out the air suspension for regular gas struts....go with the springs. Your air ride is going to go bad sooner or later, so if you plan on playing with your suspension you might as well take care of it now. I would love to have air suspension but the cost of replacing it sickens me.
