  1. The ES 300h is more aerodynamic than an RX so that helps MPG. Because the ES is lighter than an RX, it still gallops slightly on bridges, but significantly less than the RX. Compared to the RX, the ES is super quiet at Interstate speeds. The ES has a 5 star frontal Driver and 4 star front passenger rating per the window sticker. The NX 350 window sticker claims that it has not yet been rated, although you can find sites on the internet that claim the NX has a top rating for crash safety. No clue on that one.

  3. You might suggest that he read "The Longevity Paradox" by Dr, Steven Gundry. I think it's an excellent book about how to live a long, healthy life.

  4. I have a brother who is struggling with weight control issues and his doc keeps telling him to avoid carbs and such even though his triglicerides are that of a marathon runner. He works a labor job and has large muscles yet since he stopped using nicotine products he blew up like a balloon. We discuss diets and such. He obsesses about grams and daily values etc and cannot understand why he stays so bloated anymore. When I see him in the grocery store and check out what's in his cart I just smile knowing he'll always look like a whiskey barrel if he keeps buying that stuff. I like that stuff on ocasion and yeah, I could eat healthier but I enjoy food, which at times means treats are part of the process. Corn on the cob is one of my treats.

  5. For baked on brake dust on alloy wheels I use Bar Keepers Friend as a paste with a tooth brush to gentely scrub it away. For plastics inside the car I use furniture polish instead of Armor All and the other products that leave things all slippery. For getting molding looking great I use Shin Etsu grease. A little bit goes a long way. When I wax my car I wax the windows to let me know when it's raining and I'm driving if it's time to wax the car. It also helps keep bugs from sticking as bad. For removing glues like when the rear view mirror falls off or the stuff left behing when removing logos finger nail polish remover works well.
