Buying A Used Ls460 With 102,000 Miles?

Greetings everyone,

I am considering buying a used ls 460 2007 with 102,000 miles, I would be trading in my ls 430 2002(105,000 miles). What exactly should I be on the lookout for in terms of issues or service records?? Any info is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

Seem to read that there are suspension issues....do some searching

i bought a 2009 ls 460. I have 75,000 miles and I have not had one problem with the car except for the wind noise.

Just bought a 2007 LS460 ourselves. Have issues with it already. This is the 4th Lexus we have bought & with the other 3 problems were minor after having them for years ( including a 95 LS 400 bought used 6 yrs ago). After getting some minor issues fixed at dealership 2 1/2 weeks after we bought it I was driving it home today & engine has a ton of hesitation & is whining out. There is a topic on this on here. We are hoping it is an easy fix like a software update but if not we are thinking about returning the car.

Thanks for all the advise, I ended buying a ls460 with 99k miles on it. One owner in great condition. So far everything is great!

Just took a road trip from Northern California to Southern California , so far so good. I'll report back in the next few weeks.
