Wheel Change

Wishbone

Recommended Posts

Wanting to upgrade factory wheels from 17" to the 5 spoke 18" factory wheels. Just wanting to know if anyone has bought the wheels and made the change and if there was any problems. Also unsure if there is a TPS sensor to be concerned about. Additionally any suggestions as to reman vs replica. I'm quite sure this has been discussed in the past, but I'm new to the site. Any information will be appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the LOC.

OEM rims 17" to 18" are a straight swop.

Not sure what you mean with TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) as this has nothing to do with the wheels unless you mean TPMS ( Tire Pressure Monitoring System).

TPS = Tire Pressure Sensor. Transmiter imbeded in valve stem that measures tire pressure in each tire and sends info. to dash board.
