es 300 performance ecu chips

Recommended Posts

sounds liek crap

it has 4 wires

ground , power and remote and just one other wire?

also how does it work on an is and es they are different engiens

and if it does then why not the camry v6 rx 300 gs 300 and the supra as they all share the same 2 engines

i have never heard of this idiot and i am in toronto plus am in the performance market and know most of the vendors and retailers

as they say buyer beware

but you could always dyno it and see if it is any good as it is a minimal loss of cash

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply as we are currently having some technical problems

with our computers. This unit connects to the wires in between the ECU

and the IAT sensor. The Racing-X module intercept/modify the signals that

read by the IAT sensor. Ultimately, the ECU will calculate out a better

air/fuel ratio to compensate these new signals. Take a search of the Apexi

S-AFC controller/JET chip and you will see that we sell a product that is

basically provide the same function with much lower price. Email us if you

have more questions. Thank you!

Howard

this is what he finally sent me

i think i might email him and get a test one to dyno

for it being so good and all will let you know

since he is in my city

and if it is junk he is trying to push on poor lexus owners with small offerings of preformance parts

i will just have to give him a good beat down

lol

hi everyone,i just had the chip put in my 95 es 300 and i feel a huge difference in power now that its in..did anyone else put one in theres if so let me know.thanks

I have a 2003 es300 and I was also looking for performance ecu chips.

The only thing I could really find for 2003 (everything else ends at 2001) is one called a g-box. Has anyone ever heard of it and do you have any info on it such as reliability, true performance, etc. If this one isn't good do you know of any others for 2003?? Thanks

Also i was considering ordering a couple of spiralmax's from spiralmax.com

Anyone ever use these? What were your findings?

John

I thought for the Toyota's, you had to send in the entire computer to have it modified? Are the years different for application?

I've always heard the chip modification was a waste of money too! Not much of a gain unless you have other mods like exhaust etc...

BTW: do we have two bbsal's on this site? Thought that was kind of weird.
