    • Hello, For a few months now, I have this issue when all the safety warning lights are coming on. Is not happening all the time, only from time to time, and it happened before with my previous 350ES. On the ES, after a while, I changed the gas cap, and it went away. I did the same thing with my 2020 NX hybrid, because I noticed that the original cap was pretty bad. It worked fine for about 6 weeks, but yesterday it happened again. When I turn it off and lock the doors, after I restart it, the lights go away. If I turn off the engine, but not getting out of the car and lock it, the lights stay on. Once, they all turned on while I was driving on the highway. I stepped out, locked it, and the lights went away. Today I took it to the dealership, and they did a diagnostic, and they said that they see the faults, but is nothing that they would do, the car is fine. They cleared all the faults they found, and told me to drive it, and if is happening again to give them a call. I drive it 6 miles to work, and they think that it might be related with the battery is not getting charged enough. One good thing is that they didn't charge me at all. Any other ideas on what can trigger this?
    • I'm new to charging my 2024 RX450h+ but always thought the green charging indicator light stays on while connected to the charging station. Lately, that light has been turning off a few seconds after I connect the charger. The first time, the charging station indicated that I was not connected. After a few tries reconnecting the charger the light finally stayed on while charging. Then today the light didn't stay on but I was able to charge anyway. I called the dealer and weren't sure but thought it might be a fault with the light itself. Any experience whether this experience is normal or indicates a potential problem?
    • Thank you, I didn't realize the upper console tray could be pried out. I figured there had to be a way in because there'd be wiring running through it, but I didn't want to break anything. I'll take a look at those diagrams again to see if I can find any sort of bracket if it's not there when I get it open. I appreciate your help!
    • I have the same question 😊
    • Backing Plate or Bracket: Some factory-installed phone cradles require a backing plate or bracket behind the console to provide stability and support for the screws. Check if there’s a separate backing plate or bracket that should be attached to the backside of the center console. If it’s missing, that could explain why the screws won’t hold. Accessing the Cavity: To access the cavity behind the screw holes, you’ll need to remove the upper console tray where the phone cradle sits. Pry out the plastic insert from the upper console tray. This should reveal the area where the cradle components connect. Unscrew or unbolt the handset cradle components from the insert You may want to call the dealership parts department and ask if they still have access to the assembly images and part numbers. If not, check the internet for a service manual in pdf or hard copy form.
