anyone have tips or things 2 avoid when going to vancouver canada from central california?? it's my first time going there, so i'm definitely not using the GX470. i also heard that the streets in vancouver are kind of narrower than the ones we have here in the U.S. any more suggestions?????

any gx owner here having problems with their sand dollar pearl color? cuz it seems that the ppl at http://www.clublexus.com/forums/showthread...threadid=125492 are having problems with their color, and say that Lexus removed the color becuz of the peeling. Now here's my question, WHY IS LEXUS STILL USING SAND DOLLAR PEARL ON THE CURRENT LX470??? this is a true fact, even try building ur Lx470 at lexus.com to see what i mean. so my real question is, is there a real problem with Sand Dollar Pearl???

well, i got a different brand from the ones in my poll. This alarm tells me if someone has broken into my car. it has a little lcd screen remote that chirps when the alarm goes off.

seems like everyone's a yes, even though we're all complaining about problems with our current GXs! lol

just wondering becuz, even though we all know sales ppl, one guy said that Enforcer brand is as good, or better than Code Alarm.

my favorite color would be Sand Dollar Pearl, because it's discontinued, even though ppl still wanted that color instead of the Blizzard Pearl!!

you guys have the 2 problems: 1. Clunk- When stopping after driving, like at a stop light, you feel a slight bump, like you got rear ended. Fix: Rear Driveshaft 2. Vibration- Can't really explain it much but there is a vibration in the steering wheel around 60-70 mph, 1800-2200 rpm. I'll try to get the other site that explains all this.

just curious who would still buy a gx470 in the future, i would probably when hybrid takes over the GX470!

well, the squeaks in my gx, are the driver's seat, only during winter. rattles- driver door cladding when the weather is cold. :cries:

lights, bumpers, running boards, silver-wood grain near the nav. , and roof rack cover to body color, is possible for the PRADO, since i finally saw it in person in december, in the philippines.

i accidentally dropped a sharp edged object on my charcoal interior cup holder. is there some kind of touch up paint to repair it???

hey guys, i used to have the problem. now here's one thing to consider, when u go and have ur driveshaft replaced, hook up with the most experienced mechanic at ur dealer. 2nd, tell that mechanic to be sure that he has greased up the driveshaft. cuz with mine, the first time, a newbie did it and the thump was only 80% gone. then the new mechanic knew what to do, even solved the new vibration that was caused by the fixing of that newbie! :chairshot:
