sorry bro! i dont think they'll recall something very minor. had mine replaced once (left also). huh, wonder why u see those chevy ventures running with only one DRL left, and any other car that uses the signla light as the DRL. oh well! not unless u know how to hook up the DRL to the bright bulbs, this is something Lexus won't recall. :chairshot: :chairshot:

is that fully loaded? cuz i think my 00 rx300 was sold for $22k at my dealer, and guess what was in it, NOTHING!!! IT was the entry level one, yup no leather, yup, it was the 1 out of 10 cloth Rx300s. but here's the good part of it, it only had 33k miles. so was $22k too much for my rx???

this is my story, when i was in vegas, i parked my gx outside the hotel. came back with gum on my stepboard, thought about it, and figured that by the way it was on my stepboard, someone has used it as a "Shoe Gum Cleaner" :chairshot: :chairshot: :chairshot: now i'm having a hard time removing the gum in between the grooves of the stepboard. any suggestions?? someone told me put an ice cube and let it melt on it, didn't work (made it worse cuz when water dries up on the steboard, it turns white).

I think the price is fair bro , BUT, :cries: , the maintainance costs are very expensive (especially when the car gets older in mileage). Imagine this, 60k tune-up is $1k, i think. :chairshot: I suggest getting one, around 25k-30k. They shouldn't be too expensive cuz the Rx330 already came out, which has depreciated the values of the Rx300. :( If only u were about 1 year earlier, I was selling my Rx (cuz it got into a minor accident, but fully fixed up, can't tell where the accident was at, and the accident didn't do damage to the frame). I think I was goin for, :whistles: , $24k with only 33,000 miles, BUT, the catch was, IT WAS THE ENTRY MODEL, NO LEATHER OF ANY KIND!!! lol :P Well taken cared of, oh well. Had to sell it cuz it brings back the event when my mom see's it (she was driving it when she got rear-ended).

nahhh, only problem with my cladding is that during winter, it RATTLES!!! (it doesn't during summer cuz the heat probably stretches the plastic cladding out)

MPG computers are never accurate (had it on several cars) so if you want the real MPG, best way, of course, calculate it!!!!!!!! think of ppl back like 10 years ago, they didn't have mpg computers, they barely had power windows 10 years ago! lol

flooded cars are not worth it. well anything SALVAGE isn't worth it!!! i have a friend that isn't very happy with his car, didn't get flooded but is a former Salvage. Now he's trying to sell it, ppl say they won't buy it at any price!!!

what is da final fix for the vibration??? i had it done a month ago but when i was on the freeway today, when i got to 70mph, the steering wheel was vibrating again, and is really visible even when u just look at it.

I'd go for GS, if $$$ is np for you, even though if you get the GS300, you would still get the same engine that the ES300 has. it really depends on what u want!

u would consider me too meticulous, but if i'm not kinda sure about hotel parking, i'm always nervous leaving it out at night or when i go walk around or something and jst park it, u wouldn't know who scratched it, so yeah, that's my problem cuz i'm too meticulous, oh well!
