  1. The Japanese ones have cutouts for different lights which i plan on getting. Mine has no rust which would be the ones i would sell you but only as a pair. BTW Japan doesn;t use salt on the roads
  2. I made a thread about this a while ago the srs computer is the data recorder all cars since 97 have it that is what second generation airbags are
  3. Check the intake for rips in it you may have multiple problems I would also check your fuel pressure also. You may have bad vsv's
  4. sounds like one of the accesory wires are not hooked up properly get a pro to look at it at an audio shop. I can;t remember if you have a transponder key
  5. funny enough honda and toyota only use a hand ful of filter part #'s per year right now there are only 2 for honda which have moved all the filters into the passenger wheel well for removal and i think 3 for toyota
  6. JIC's or Teins will provide what you need if you are rubbing it is probably because your springs are dead where are you located
  7. Easy enough to refinish the inner or outer rim bead. The part the tire sits against the rim. A good bit of sand paper is usully all that is needed. Or send it out to be fixed while you drive a round on your full sized spare tire .
  8. I don;t have them the next time i see the guy i could take a look which model wheels do you have take a look in the LS photo gallery to see which ones it is you need. That way i can get him to compare the ones he has or if one of the LS guys know which models had different rim caps
  9. Maybe i am reading this differently than eeryone else but it sounds like the engine is not turning off not the starter is kept running ! Sounds like an ignition key problem where the inside contacts are not moving to let go. Unless you used to have a remote starter in the car. Do all the dash lights go back to normal if you turn the key to the run position again?
  10. If it shakes enough for you to notice all the time then it is going to mean a large amount of material needs to be removed to make it true again so rather than spend the money to have them warp again as it is now less metal evenly just get new ones, they are cheap enough now to do that instead
  11. If they are being stupid about giving you a discount either find a better place who does or make them give you the oil they would have used as tranny fluid is very good as a lubricant for other things
  12. serach and you will find all of it discussed before in a few forums
  13. Let me know what you are willing to spend i was going to replace mine with some japanese ones i have the same colour and they are absolutly rust free so no prep work needed just bolt and unbolt them
  14. try going more sideways when going over the dip it helps
  15. your rotors are warped get new ones when changing the pads for the squealing
  16. Most if not all early lexus had just 1 hydralic fan run from the power steering pump my 94 ES has just one doning double duty most other cars have 2 one for the engine temp and another which automatically turns on with the a/c
  17. toucan ractive makes kits for the LS but it doesn;t fit an ES To do them properly you need to have tehm removed and chromed then replaced the chrome vinyl works but doens; look as great or hold up perfectly
  18. You should have had the car checked first. You don;t buy a car because of someones word whoever they are. If it had a bumper replaced or repainted that isn;t an accident it is just work done. You need to get it checked out to see if it was in an accident. these are the things you do BEFORE buying a car not after!
  19. what colour is your car BD you can probably just buy a new door and fender already in the same colour pretty cheap
  20. it is supposed to fluctuate in the lines when it is hot and cold.
