I had this same question a few weeks ago. Someone posted the picture on my post I think about 8 pages forward. I quickly tried to find it but you will have to look. There is a picture showing that it goes on the bottom below and in front of the radiator fans.

I better not drive anything newer then the year 2000. It seems to me when one drives an awesome car like the 06 it motivates you. Driving my 93 turned me into a bull. Also it would make me anxious to move on from the 93. I dont want a car payment so I am happy. Next year I will get a 98-00. The nav systems on these 98-00 is not that good?

Hell yeah man.. When I get home I am going to get my 50 cent velcro.. That slapping drives me crazy!

I think I am at a point of contention.. I love the wooden trim for the interior. My friend has this and it looks great in a truck. As for the phone I removed it.. I like more space in the center consul. My greatest problem is keeping the damn thing as clean as I want it to be. I have the buffer and it works great. Then the pad gets dirty and I have to clean it. I get lazy and keep on using same pad. Not a good idea.. Also my back yard has about 150 feet of dirt driveway and that always blows the dust up.. Blllaaa bllaaaa bllaaa another yapping LEXUS owner. Cheers to LEXUS.. I love this car and I do like this little Celica GTC also..

Crazy.. When I drive my LS I love it. Its great to have my friends all pile and and go out. We are riding in style! Today I looked at cars.com and there were some good 93/94/95's with great mileage for less then 7k.. It amazes me.. What stinks is the fact I am tempted to buy a 95.. I want it, but in all reality I do not need another LEXUS right now. This little toy that I have as a rental right now is really fun.. I think I am going to get a MR2 or something.

Besides tint, mp3 player, GPS and clear lights what is new and kewl? The Delorm GPS set up is great. I lay the laptop down and talk to the computer. It zooms in and out at my commands, while showing me speeds, directions and times. Now from what I hear there is a $40 cable to hook it up to my Dell Axim. Has anyone done this? The little maps on the Axim are kewl, but they are small. Any additional neat devices please let me know.

This year I have rented the following cars and I thought of comparing them to my 93 LEXUS. Maybe others would like to compare to other high quality and types of cars. GS35 Infinity: Fast and fun.. The interior was okay.. I think this and the LS400 is a perfect match. Crown Vic/lincoln Cont: Big boats with power. For sure I would never accept over the LS, since they are too much like a big boat swaying on the road. Camery and Altima: Toyota quality, but interior is okay.. Mid size nothing special. i am sure if you get top end it would be okay. Toyota Celica: Nothing special.. Low to the ground and alot slower then the Infinity. Avalon: Nice and very similar to the LS of old. Seems to have good power and some new tech stuff like dash is kewl. Obvoiously certain cars like sporty have a different purpus then the luxury class, but the LS (new and old) is a unique combination and it rocks...

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH piece of laptop crap!!! Okay start over!!!!!!! A real speaker is something that can handle over 40watts and is less then 13 years old. On that note the current system and speakers provide great sound so I may keep them. Yesterday I ripped apart door panel and compared numerous speakers including Infinity Kapa and Pioneer two way. There were differences, but I dont know if its worth the change.

Just drove at a constant of 60 mph. 80% of the time was on the highway and 20% city. The result was a little more then 21mpg. So I think its better to go about 70 with this LEXUS.

Hey gents. I have driven a total of 5,000 miles on my 93 and the LEXUS is awesome! I have a lot of friends who know about cars, but are clueless about the LEXUS. They all think I have a 98-2000. My point is the 90-00 look is awesome! Cheers to LEXUS

I was at the nicest place in Newport and in the background was another LEXUS. In fact it was another black LEXUS. Really kewl and I hope you enjoy! Long live the king of the road!

Good point.. I will have to take them apart and superglue them around the seals. Thanks for the tip. Today I ripped apart the door to look at a speaker and all went well. Ohh yeah I broke one of the little plastic nips.
