I would have to make adapters to go from old plugs to new. Plugs look the same but they changed all the power wires to different pins, So I would have to make adapter plugs.

Do you want to switch navigation headunits from 2006 to 2010 ? DC, would that be possible? Yes, It can be done, One would need to switch everything (screen, computer, wiring etc...) to new digital system.

I agree, The rotors alone are easily $90.00 Billy, Are the parts OEM ?

Plugs (check the wires), air filter, oil/filter change, radiator flush/fill, check tires/air pressure, possibly clean the throttle body, tranny drain/fill, check power steering fluid (replace if needed), check brake pads/fluid, how old is the battery ? Tires ? Wash and Wax, Fill her up with premium and enjoy the ride for many, many years to come. Welcome to the club I am sure I missed a few things, Other members will be chiming in Oh, And use original factory parts.
