susan902
I have a LS 400 and its a 1996. I purchased it A year and half ago with 200,000 miles on it. This year I've replaced Radiator, lighter, thermostat, alternator, filter, air filter, battery, serpentine belt, right pulley and painted it that's about it. Now my radio light has gone out, check engine light is on do you think I need a full tune up? If so can I purchase the parts from a store? And have some one to do the labor? It seems you have two different problems. One is the radio and the other is the check engine lights. For the check engine light, you need to read the codes. Since yours is a 1996, you can read fault codes with the OBD II. After that, you will know what triggers check engine light.
