SKperformance Posted July 15, 2004 Share Posted July 15, 2004 The ballast is the large water siphon remover and muffler chamber made of black plastic having any filter in the engine bay is bad news no one belives me but until they start gettign CEL's and i tell them to put back the intake then they realize how much power they lost even though no more powerful sound.
