A tranny cooler is still a good idea.If your going to spend the money and have the tranny out you may as well put one in its alot cheaper than having to do any kind of repair.

Whats the diff between the ngk iridiums.Ive seen alot of diff. ngk iridiums offered Ive been looking at the ngk irid. 4's How do these rank and is one ngk irid. better than another?Also vette boy did i read that was a 96 lt-4 ?My roomate had one he sold recently and it was an incredible car.What a diff.between the 1 and the 4 .When im done w/my Gs4 Im buying a 96 Grand sport I love that motor.But enough about vettes.

I have a 98 Gs 4 and the reverse lights .I have pretty light tint but Im having it done in 20% today and know its going to be terrible.Ive had a hard time finding higher watt or brighter replacement bulbs does anyone know of any and where to find them?Thanks

Make sure the timing belt has been or gets changed its due.Also They should check out the water pump and replace if needed.Then I think its at 80k it cloud be 90k that theyll try to charge you for a bunch of over priced fluid changes.Get them done just dont pay too much I think they wanted 900 for mine so I did them myself.And of course alot of little stuff check the brakes,alignment,balance.Do you have the owners manual.

The srt intake is not l-tuned so of course it wont be covered but as far as voiding your tranny warranty it shouldnt but some dealers can be picky.You shouldnt be concerned about the having probs with the piggy back ecu either.the guys at SRT know what theyre doing. All it does is recalibrate your mass air to tell the car how much air is actually coming in.And it is set up so if there is a prob. it will kick on your service engine light. I think most of the people w.probs. are due to installation.I did mine the right way w/solder and shrink tubing and its been on for 2yrs. and about 40k and I havent had a single prob. of any kind.I should also say Ive loved every mile of it. P.S.If your tranny is good now and you take care of it you should never need the warranty.Good Luck

Yes the cabin noise is higher.I wouldnt say much higher though.It is a good sound and I havent run across anyone who hasnt liked it including some prudes.As for the warranty I wouldnt think so but yopu know how they can be with warranties.Maybe someone else can help with the warranty part.

Have you considered the SRT intake thats where I started and was extremly pleased.

I have these chrome 17s on my Gs4 and they are pretty close to the caliper Im sure its norm.Mine have about a half inch between.

I have a second gen Gs w/the Nak stereo.My sub sounds blown when it hits certain notes and the volume doesnt have to be turned up loud.It appears to be the grill on the inside of the car vibrating, because when this happens if I push down lightly on this grill it goes away.Its really a pain and kind of embarassing when Im trying to show how capable this sytem is.Has anyone else had this prob.Im gonna guess this is common.Has anyone found a fix w/o changing out the stereo Im perfectly happy w/ the Nak.Thanks
