The problem becomes that the pads will not wear on the outerpad this will cause the pads to wear faster and make quite a racket as well as uneven wear on the rotors, but who cares about those as they need to be trashed anyway. $50 for the pair

You can be found not at fault in a crash but it was caused by the drivers lack of skills,being going slower than posted in the wrong lanes ,braking too early and often causing traffic to bunch up, the person petrified by there own shadow holding the wheel in the preying Mantis fashion. Personally i can;t stand people who are scared to drive ,they cause more crashes by having to avoid them to carry on with life. This guy should have just pm'd me to ask about insurance since it was only a comparision question ,but he can;t since he is new.

you can try the weld stuff since it is a funny metal alloy which is light and somwhat strong but it can;t be welded properly I think it is called white metal

buy a new door, welding it would mean it would get out of alignment unless done very prescily

I belive and know they work. If you don't ever reach the limits of an ES (which is easy on a stock one) then it would only make a slight wheel stiffness feeling. For a few dollars any extra rigidity on the ES is a welcome adition to an otherwise soft and sloppy frame.

most older ES's second gens 92-96 are about 17-25 as tehy are so cheap now. 97 -01 is 30 -50 02-04 is about 35-70

as well you could get a locksmith to service the tumbler for much less i don;t know how much ,so you have to find one locally and ask them

call head office and ask tehm what they are doing about this problem which seems to be common on 99 RX vehicles

pulling only the fuse does not reset all systems so they can get back to par evenly

it looks to me like you have camry rear rotors which are a smaller outer diamter which causes the pads to run off the end of the rotor and sometimes squeel those look old for rotors as well as not oem lexus as they don;t rust only the brake dust siting on the paint rusts but can be wiped away from the coating.

no no it won;t stop debri much from the engine or rad it makes the air go through the bumper and the rad and funnel under the car

Ok I just did this this week. The headlights are blacked out with a special paint that lets the chrome slightly refract light but not enought to even see it unlike gunmetal or the 95-96 lights. These look real black except for angles which have a blue purple hue to them. The lights are cleared like most peoples but they also have a second bulb below the corner lights which look absolutly amazing at night ,they also angle around the reflector to light the whole housing slightly orange and red when the headlights are off. The eyelids will probably be remade in carbon fibre later to match my front lip. Soon i am going to sell my rims and get a set of black/gunmetal 19's with a chrome lip to match, slowly saying goodbye to chrome. All pics where taken at Darknight nationals in markham/Toronto , Ontario Canada this weekend. I'll post more pics from that later in another thread.

ok to simplify this i am 28 married 3 cars in Toronto GTA also have my house insurance ,alarms,non work vehicles for discounts i used to pay 1000 a year now it is 1400 for full coverage with a 500 deductible with TDCT insurance. I have had no real tickets and no accidents that were my fault 100% of the time. They have been a pleasure to have a claim with by supplying me with Mercedes rental cars and getting all the work needed done properly and timely. They are the cheapest i have found.

to make it simple to find pop the hood and look under the front exhaust manifold it is tucked under there you might have to feel around for it with a cold engine
