CHeck your alternator main fuse. You may have incorrectly hooked up the battery at some point and broke the main fuse. It is right behind the battery just flip the cover and read.

I would try getting a hunter roadforce balance done local to you . Also look at your fan and make sure the blade don't have any dirt or damage to them.

Toyota makes some of the best tranny fluid if not THE best . It is worth the $6 which is still pretty cheap.

I have to agree , it is a problem and i used to have a huge signature stating to post back all details. Most time some new members expect miracle fixes and everyone to just spoon feed them. Very few people feel they should work for there own answers before asking . Then once they ask they don;t care what happens to and for anyone else. It is a great thing when other think about the people before and after who experience the same problem. Just a product of today's generation of give and take.

Very nice work on narrowing it down. You can buy a hard copy schematics manual from the dealer for $20-30. Also Toyota offers them online for about $20 and you can download all you want for one day.

If you do get it wrong you will know by the tranny acting weird from a low amount of pressure. It is a one way bypass valve to all it will do is let the fluid bypass the filter if clogged to allow operation still. It is nice to have it the wrong way as it takes seconds to change but lets you know how dirty it is by failing. I tested my ES that way to find the flow , i am not sure if the valve way faulty or if i had it installed wrong ,either way it was only a few months.

MB can make beautiful cars but they are one piece of SSSs after another. Problem after problem , over and over again. With a service department that likes to blame the customer for damaging it ,not that it is actually a warranty problem. The last range rover was nice as it was an X5, the new one is a ford but looks amazing, too bad that is where it ends. The new X5 should be great , i would hold out and find out if you like to drive you cars or relax more. The X5's always beg to be driven.

Stay the hell away from any Audi. They are like sirens of the mystic seas. They are beautiful to look at but only will suck you dry of every penny and nerve from break down after break down. Look at most used Audi ads and one thing is usually prominent. All owners who research what goes bad as most end up listing that they fixed all the usual problems?!?!?!?!?.......... Bad wiring since the early 90's is why they have no resale from constant electrical glitches from under engineering which reeks havoc on there systems.

It sounds pretty obvious , you need to remove the seat. and check the wiring and motor on that side ! Or make sure nothing is jamming the track.
