  2. blah. the gs is known for this but........MANY MANY posts on this subject! some have even found a oem replacement motor from another series of toyota's. use the search and check around before you go off spending 200 a door! unless u just wanna waste ALOT of dough :D brian

  5. haha......do i assume this sentence is aimed at me? ........i do have 99% black tint but i assure u my HID headlights are real and oem! well aimed at me or not i don't care. :chairshot: they are def not dead weight or the cars wouldn't have them FACTORY, but driving on a regular street you wont see much of a difference but there is some, especially around turns and what not. but again it will be MINIMAL on a regular street. u know what they say "drive it like you stole it" brian

  9. kurtk off the subject a little. it was only the 1998-2000. i have a 2001 and we have a upgradeable disc! thought u said on the other site u got the new harddrive and were happy with the 2004 upgrade? brian
  10. u will notice in turns,corners as the car will sit more "planted" try the TRD or daizens i hear they pretty nice brian
  11. sounds like a sensor is bad. i try to never go to a dealer unless i have to but i dunno if u can replace this yourself or not! i think the sensor is on the dash or up towards the windshield. man -22 lol bring a parka jacket with you brian
  12. hate to break it to u guys but the oem fuel filter is a lifetime part! NEVER needs replacing they claim.......and no way u gonna find a oem fuel filter for 15! brian
  13. Try turning the lights off. The DRLs should be on regardless of the light switch. ok i did but these still ARENT my high beams . my highs are hid's and these are def a small little bulb brian
  14. if u have a vacuam leak when it (the car) inhales the carb cleaner it will rev and you will hear it.....knowing u have a vacumn leak brian
  15. hmmmm i keep my lights on auto and these lights are ALWAYS on so im just assuming they were! arent the drl's in the high beams.......... brian
  16. so many things can effect gas mileage! a/c, windows down, lead foot, dirty filter, clogged pcv valve, bad injectors, etc etc etc. hell i saw 14 last few weeks........attributed it to me roasting my tires once lately but i normally only get 15-16 sorry man brian

  21. thats part of the reason i havent done this. nothing can hold off on this once u scuff up the surface its eventually gonna have to be re polished but try adding some wax to them after you do it.....should help out some! check this post from the other day and look at that product i posted they say its supposed to outlast any product by 6 weeks or more. i know meguires makes a good plastic cleaner i would assume they have a wax too! http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums/index...showtopic=49812 brian

  23. um i have HIDS in my high beams (i added them) and i have a separate bulb for the DRL'S plus i have seen people change there DRL'S and get white or even blue lights, so are you sure they just the highs running at half speed? that would make my DRL'S hids in my case and i know for a fact they are just a small bulb think they are 194's! http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProducts/A...LRG-Results.htm i believe them to be the step/courtesy lights brian
  24. I had the same problem on my 06 GS300, Just got it back today from the dealership. The evaporator box had issues, replaced free of charged--Certified. Only got wet when air was on. Good luck welcome to the club deb BUT u had a different problem! your evap box had issues........red fluid will NEVER be in the evap box! he has antifreze leaking in from someplace! brian
