  1. I think all the bragging is by insecure people with small penises
  2. It should be about $30 to $40 for the belt and if you can't change it yourself you shouldn't even call yourself a man. <_<
  3. Correct! That's what the Lexus tech should have said and done! The spray is not a lubricant and it's BS. Make sure all that crap is cleaned off when you replace the belt. <_<
  4. Lucky You!!!! You're next tuneup will be the expensive one. Timing belt, tensioner, water pump (take it to Lexus or toyota or independant dealer for this one) Expect to pay around $1000. Also if the plugs and wires, cap and rotor have not been replaced, it's that time!!! Oh and get ready cause very soon o2 sensors and motor mounts are coming up at 100,000. Now lets talk about suspension <_< Transmission flush, brake flud flush, power steering fluid flush all need to be done before 100,000 as well
  5. 4 bolts and the whole seat comes out. You'll to remove the seatbelt or just stretch it out and leave it attached. <_<
  6. Yes, you can can take it apart. No, you won't be able to get past putting it in and having to go over the locks that keep it from popping out. <_<
  7. You're probably better off replacing them. <_<
  8. There is NO distributor!!! You don't replace the wires. They are wired directly to the coil packs. <_<
  9. The GS is rotary as well, 1998 - 2005 for sure. ← 93-97 as well B)
  10. You probaby have carbon buildup in the cylinder and around the plugs from short commutes and city driving. Flush out the carbon using seafoam or a water flush <_<
  11. The USA part should be the same. I can see no reason for their to be any difference. <_<
  12. Sounds like it is the ballast, most ballasts are pretty basic. there are many different types of plugs on ballast. Unless it's the same type it probably won't be plug and play. You may have to splice your plugs onto the new ballast or find one that has the same connectors <_<
  13. Any rpm in that range will be ok, you can vary it or keep it steady. What you should see is a slight drop in the fluid level, as the air pocket moves to the new highest point, out the filler neck. You may or may not need to add coolant, the coolant will also drop from the higher rpm's, helping to pressurize the system slightly, once the cap is screwed back on. The heater MUST be on maximum heat, the fan can be on low however the temp dial needs to be on the highest heat setting the entire time you're doing this.
  14. More than likely it is a pocket of trapped air in the heater coolant system moving to the highest point. <_< Jack up the vehicle from the front or park on a steep driveway. remove the cap, make sure coolant system is not hot before removing cap, place heater on full heat. Rev engine to about 2500 to 3000rpms, allow car to run till coolant is warm, fill through radiator cap till full. Replace cap and return car to idle. Problem should be solved
  15. Search!! <_< Ball joints, bushings or PS pump is going bad because fluid has never been changed.
  16. It was about $318.00 where I checked, plus shipping. <_< PPL
  17. Check the ground, he probably used the illumination for ground or didn't ground it properly. <_<
  18. I'd check temp sensor since there's no change from hot to cold. <_<
  19. OK THEN Just for you Take this pink ribbon off my eyes I'm exposed And it's no big surprise Don't you think I know Exactly where I stand This world is forcing me To hold your hand 'Cause I'm just a girl, little 'ol me Don't let me out of your sight I'm just a girl, all pretty and petite So don't let me have any rights Oh...I've had it up to here! The moment that I step outside So many reasons For me to run and hide I can't do the little things I hold so dear 'Cause it's all those little things That I fear 'Cause I'm just a girl I'd rather not be 'Cause they won't let me drive Late at night I'm just a girl, Guess I'm some kind of freak 'Cause they all sit and stare With their eyes I'm just a girl, Take a good look at me Just your typical prototype Oh...I've had it up to here! Oh...am I making myself clear? I'm just a girl I'm just a girl in the world... That's all that you'll let me be! I'm just a girl, living in captivity Your rule of thumb Makes me worry some I'm just a girl, what's my destiny? What I've succumbed to Is making me numb I'm just a girl, my apologies What I've become is so burdensome I'm just a girl, lucky me Twiddle-dum there's no comparison Oh...I've had it up to! Oh...I've had it up to!! Oh...I've had it up to here!
  20. Sure it doesn't just have a VVTI cover on it? <_< Does your car have a distributor, if it does you don't have VVTI
  21. I can't find the 'tech tutorials,' .. can someone point me to the url? Thx!! :) ← PS pump
  22. 7 years or 90thou miles whichever comes first. <_< Replace water pump at the same time.
  23. Remove the 4 bolts holding the seat down, carefully remove it, it's heavy. Set it on the ground on a blanket, flip it over and lube it up with a high quality synthetic grease.
  24. It's probaly an o2 sensor or EGR needs cleaning. Should be near the top back drivers side of the motor if you have an EGR sensor. The sensor itself may need cleaning. Pull the code so you don't waste time and money replacing someting that's not the problem. B) Any autoparts store should be able to do it for you.
  25. We have an inline 6, so everything is on the passenger side :P I believe it would be the sensor closest to the firewall of the car. The exhaust manifold is divided into 2 banks, front 3 cylinder and rear 3 cylinders, with an o2 for each bank. Try oxygensensors.com
