  1. Sounds like it could be an issue with the shift-interlock. I've heard of people having issues if they spill something on the shif-interlock button for instance. Have you tried opening it and checking to see if it's kinda dirty, or pressing it a few times?
  2. Hey RJ, sounds like a pretty good deal to me, did you trade anything?
  3. LOL, it sounds like you're a professional drinker, not an amateur drinker. Composure is key! :D
  4. LOL, drunken stupor and a little debauchery... I love it And nobody got hurt or arrested! You remember most of it, I'm impressed haha.
  5. no kidding.... lol... you guys almost have me so distracted i almost forgot about the whole topic at hand... lol LOL :D well some good came of it atleast! How was your bachelor party, Flop? (If its happened already)
  6. Wow, I didn't realize I would be educated about breakfast, morning rituals, and personal hygene
  7. Welcome to the LOC My first impression would be that you have a dead battery, either it drained somehow, or you need a new one. Try jumping it and taking the car somewhere that tests the battery and charging system.
  8. Not covered under warranty? How can that be?
  9. Sounds like you've just got stage fright, and not actually worried about things going wrong. If thats that case, then all you've got to do is show up and everything falls in it's place! :D :D :D :D Keep thinking, you won't actually be there alone, your best man and groomsmen will be with you until your fiancee is next to you. It'll turn out great.
  10. Well JC and JENunnez, my brother in law finally got discharged. He was pretty peeved that they kept him there many hours longer because the doctor was who was supposed to discharge him, didn't answer his page until many hours later (according to them.) He's doing just fine, thanks! Barracuda---------->Fish
  11. Great looking car Blake. I agree with you on the idea that the 98-00 are great looking. They have always been my favorite, and I think they are the most handsome looking LS models.
  12. Thanks JENunnez, they were supposed to release him about 24 hrs ago, but he's still in the hospital. He says he's feeling fine though, with the exception of him being p*ssed because they're still keeping him there lol. Rebuild---------->Discombobulate
  13. Good for you Flop! Although, I'm not married, my sister just got married March 08, we live together, I was in the wedding party, so I got to hear about it all, and was there in the planning LOL. Just like the rest of the guys said, enjoy it. Try to not get all caught up in the minute details that don't go precisely as planned. Your fiancee probably is holding the reigns to the wedding for the most part, and will want everything just so. If you guys keep in mind that it is about you guys starting your new life together, you'll notice that it makes things a bit easier. Plus, it all goes by so fast, you probably won't notice. Hopefully, you guys have some sharp people in your wedding party who can deal with any "crisis" that may come up. In fact, just incase they don't know, tell them they're going to deal with it, and solve the problem should it arrise. With you feeling nervous about the whole thing in general, when you and your groomsmen are getting dressed you guys will be excited, and being guys, toasting, having drinks (don't get trashed). It all turns out great you'll see.
  14. Tsunami Yeah, it's kinda boring on this end as well. The most exciting thing happened was my brother in law went to the hospital. He's a diabetic and got sick and wasn't holding down food, not good
  15. Welcome to the LOC! Congratulations on your new ride... To disable that feature, just make sure the mirror selector switch is NOT in the center position.
  16. Raw This tread has been kinda quiet the past couple of weeks. Anything exciting going on everyone's part of the world? :)
  17. I'm glad my 91 has the warning chime. Saved my butt one time when I went shopping. It was cloudy when I parked. The warning for the roof came on, so I closed it. When I came out after shopping, it was pouring and blowing. Would have flooded the interior for sure. Don't know why they would have done away with this feature? If I leave the roof open, it only chimes for maybe 5 sec or less, not enough to become an irritant. I don't know why they did away with it either, I think that is a very smart useful feature. Although, 01 Ultra said his has it, so maybe I'm incorrect, oops.
