Your RX came without a cd changer ? Would you consider a factory changer to keep the lexus integrity ?
I have the complete install with the new glovebox parts needed to install the changer. I also have photo install instructions and location of the hidden cd changer plug found behind the glovebox. Its all wired ready to plug in.
I think the woodgrain looks fine Not to bust your chops, But the new deck looks out of place like a deer in the headlights. It's your choice so I respect it, But ???? Hmmmmm !!!!!!!!!
I know that there is 3 screws on top and 2 screws on the bottom that hold the glove liner in place. If my memory serves me correctly you have to disengage the glove door hinge to get at the 2 bottom screws. Don't hold me to that. I do know it is a straight forward job and takes 5 minutes. How is the phone mounted ?

1) Remove two screws at leading edge of door panel.
2) Lift front edge of control panel.2) Pull forward releasing rear latch.
3) Remove connectors from control panel.
4) Remove screws along bottom edge of door panel.
5) Remove two screws inside pocket cavity.
6) Pry center insert from door open cavity.
7) Remove exposed screw.
8) Pull upper door panel from door.
9) Disconnect courtesy light connector.
10) Disconnect door open handle cable assembly and door lock cable assembly.
