  7. I did replaced on my previous 97 Es300. It's very easy. Tricky part is to open vent without demage deshboard. they are 1/4 turn bulbs.
  8. I would put premium gas and run atleast 30 minit before go to inspection.
  9. one socket. looked in front center console, side compartment if it is not there. Rear side compartment where they keep jack. by spare tire.
  10. you can go to dealer and replace with regular nut. or purchase lockkey better do it quick.
  11. not needed, also replace gromat (rubber peice which hold PCV on Valve cover). Turn engine on, disconnect hose from pcv, you will hear lots of vacuum, spay TB cleaneer in vacuum that will clean hose all the way to intake. if nobody replace for longtime chances of Gromat break a part and falls inside, there is grill between valve and valve cover, nothing to worry. Every 15,000 i do replace gromat and PCV. and my all cars oil caps looks brand new.
  12. He is telling you correct. That is a sign of bad PCV. make sure you replace PCV, clean hoses(PCV)by spaying TB cleaner.
  13. It's done. Rear were little hard. I used two 3" extensions. I have to do little engineering on plug socket. i opened front first to learn. 5/8" plug socket has little rubber piece which hold plug while you pulling up. It was too tight so after screw plug in, extension was loosing its grip. i took rubber piece out and fix it where not hold plug too tight. Front took me 10 minits where rear took 50 minit. I did go with Denso Iridium 120K miles spark plug from toyota. Charge me $8.50 each. No oil were found on plugs. good news. Again, thank you for all help. Now, I am ready for Thanksgiving Dinner...
  14. How many O2 replaced? if answer is one, times for another. also times for cleaning TB, IACV. Check dogbone mount on top by passenger side.
  15. Thank you george. Have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving. Take care.
  16. I looked NGK site, asking for 0.044, when I checked a gap at orailly, was showing 0.4 Can somebody verify NGK is original plug comes with new cars? http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/part_finder/c...ngineid=1464793 OE Laser iridium selling for $7.00 each vs Denso http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_U_2000_LEXU...TPGKA_1901.html SK20R11 with VVT-I Toyota can sell me this for $8.60 each Believe me, i am not after money saving, Rear is hard and i don't want to do again. Thanks, Thanks,

  18. Hello, Dealer using Denso SK20R11 asking for $12.00 each Orailly NGK IFR6T11 same as came on car IFR6A11 (Confirm with NGK) asking for $7.00 each. Both plugs Iridiums. Please share your input. Thanks in advance
  19. I know its looks tough. I love challenges. Lets try. My only concern length of coils. hope i have enough clearance to pull out. wish me a good luck for "Happy Thanksgibving" project. By the way, you'll have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving. Take care.
  20. As I promissed, this is from front (easy one) First Four pic shows model#,Manufacturer and Quality. I went to Orailly, they have NKG AFR6T11 vs mine shows AFR6A11. Price was ~$7.00. I am planning buy from Toyota. please advise. Last two pic shows coils length. Looks to these are original coil and Spark plug. Please correct me if i am wrong. Questions: if I disconnect rear coils even it's hard to do, due to length of coil, will be possible to take out straight to remove plug. Should i replace coils? Thanks in advance.
