Oh, '73 through the mid 80's were by far the worst for cars. I came within inches of buying a Cosworth Vega. I worked for a Chevy dealership then. We had one we couldn't sell and they were offering it to me at cost. I ended up buying my '76 Camaro instead. The Vega was black on black and had no air. Not optimal in the south. It was a cool little car though. I saw one in a car show a few years ago.

Not just cars, but everything. If they are trying to sell it, they are making money. Lexus of Memphis knew they had me and I wasn't walking. I guess taking a video of it on the showroom and posting it on FB wasn't too smart. No.....I did not buy any extras they were selling.

My car club used to do all kinds of fun organized events. Then GM quit making the Camaro/Firebird fo 8 years and people went on to other brands. Really sad.

Even dealer installed ones are easy to remove if they have just been done. I bought a vehicle with pinstripes. They pulled off with no problem. I hate them. They only look good on a '77 Trans Am. :-)

Whooooooooo! My car club used to do poker runs in the fall. Beautiful foliage and leaves swirling around on the street. Ahhhhhhhh. Once the local older Chevys club invited us, the Corvette club and the Mustang club to join them for their poker run. People lined the streets to watch us all go by. It was so fun.

I wish mine was a bit smaller. I go it off Amazon. It is beautiful carbon fibre though and has hooks at the bottom to hold the plate still. I love it. Do you mind posting a pic of yours?

Go to YouTube. There are lots of videos. The best one I found was of a guy doing a Tundra. You don't have to remove the emblems. You just tape off a square area and spray. The plastidip sticks to the emblem but not your paint. It is weird when you pull it off it is kinda like a balloon. I have pics in General Chat. I'll try to find it and move it to the top.

I got behind a totally blacked out G35 once. He had the little plastic covers on his. You could barely tell when he hit the brakes. So dangerous. Sky, it has been done a little over a year. So far it is holding up well. I sprayed it 4 times, 20 minutes in between coats, once from each direction. I never go through a car wash and when I do wash around my emblems I'm very gentle. I wash my car with a micro fiber cloth. I'll post a pic but you can't take off for dirt. It is 12 degrees here. Not good car washing weather. Also you might want to check into an F-Sport grill. Mine is tinted dark around the edges.
