The sensors stay in the wheels. If you don't have an alarm then they are ok.

Run each window copletely down and back up from its own control and then the drivers switch should work them all. It's a reset that has to be done when the battery has been disconnected.

The click is normal. It comes from the floating calipers on the front brakes. The oil drain is on the bottom of the oil pan as you would expect. If you turn your wheels and look under the motor you can see it. Look down on the left side of the motor and you can easily see the filter. Some kinds of car wax smell "fruity" or maybe an air freshener attracts bugs? Possibly the light colored cars reflect lights and attract bugs like the porch light?

I think it depends on where you live and if it's a bug mating area.

There are vaious plastic polishing compounds you can use to clear that up. Mequiar's makes one that's usually available at auto parts stores. If that's not strong enough you can use an extra fine rubbing compound. Some people use like 1000 grit abrasive, and then polish after that. I've never had to go so far as using the abrasive paper though. I used Turtle mild rubbing compound on an old Nissan and that cleaned them up real well on the first try.

How do you guys maintain black? I always keep my cars clean, but black seems like a lot more work, especially in Illinois with snow, ice, salt, and lots of rain. What's your second choice after black? Lighter colors are going to get/show stains worse. I don't particularly like the two or three color tone interior you get with the light colors. With black you just have black and gray. The only maintenance I see is that black shows lint and leaf particles in the carpet more, but once a week with the little shop vac and that's taken care of. For the leather, a cleaning and conditioning with Lexol keeps it looking nice and matte finished and soft.

The wires won't move to the side enough? Can't you undo the white connector for the green and white wires?

is it the same color as the lexus wheel? They have a graphite color. Maybe they have it at Walmart or another store where you can look at the lid and see if it's a good match.

If you mean the strips on the body near the bottom by the wheel openings, they're stone protection. Leave them on.
