The battery on my '07 IS350 died today. I charged it back and now everything is fine except the windows. From the driver's control I can only roll down the driver's window. I can't roll any others down. But I can roll them down from their own controls. What am I missing?

Had my car detailed today. The detailer noted that both the reflectors in my rear bumper were cracked. WTF? I have 10K miles on the car. Anyone seen this? I haven't been hit anywhere so I'm not sure why both would crack. Any idea of cost to fix? Warranty item?
