    How did the car run prior to it not starting? Try removing the exhaust manifold and see if it starts or not.

    How do you know that it is getting spark and fuel? What methods did you use to confirm it?

    That brown sticky stuff is the "glue" used to adhere the sensor to the resevoir.

    I gained about an additional 3/4" of sidewall clearance. I'm not sure how the wheel liners in your car is set-up, but you might have to cut or remove the liners to roll for fenders flat. I rolled the fenders myself, with a baseball bat and a heat gun. Just make sure that the paint is properly heated, before rolling the fenders and it shouldn't crack.
