You might want to use Mobil1 High Mileage since it has additives that keep the engine seals from becoming hard and brittle. i’ve been using this in my 2006 LS430 which has 261K miles on it.1 point

Mobil 1 5w30 Synthetic every 5k regardless of driving conditions, I always used to drop the couple quarts of tranny fluid at the same time I do oil, Keeps the tranny fresh and reliable and very cost friendly...1 point
