After oil change car not start

Please can anyone help me out with this problem, I follow the procedure how to change my Lexus RX330 oil and oil filter. After I complete everything and turn key on and go into dash board updated oil change and oil filter prior reset the Odometer. Tries to start the car it won't starts and making sound like it some kind of not starting lights interior and exterior flashing in weird mode and finally it shut down everything. I don't know what I did wrong please help much appreciated.

Disconnect and the reconnect the negative battery cable after 5 minutes and see what happens.

It would be very difficult to cause an engine start failure from changing your oil and filter. My guess is that your battery needs to be charged or replaced if it is 5 years old or more. As sha4000 suggested, check your battery cable connections, first. If that doesn't help, take your battery to an auto parts store to have them load-test it.
